Alright so here's the problem. Everyone in-game claims to hear me perfectly but when any other person talks it is extremely quite, I put the VON all the way to 100%. It feels like it's somehow surround but my headphone can't are only the front left and right or something. Does somebody know how to fix this, it's extremely frustrating not being able to hear other people talk in-game

I will tell you what happens if a zombie chases you and you haven't got a weapon. You'll die.

And the other person say this is a realistic zombie simulator. I don't know what to believe.

Hello, I had very low FPS in Dayz with my i7 3820 8-core 3.40 GHZ overclocked to 4.20 GTX 580 DDR 16 gig ram. So I made a ram disk of 9 gig and placed my entire Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead map inside it. Following this tutorial (http://dayzmod.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=16332) but instead of only placing the dayz folder in it I decided to place the entire Arma 2 folder in it like this guy (http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?88388-Here-s-how-I-got-ARMA2-to-perform-smoothly-using-RAMDISK) However when I start up Dayz through this location I cannot join any server saying it's a bad version, but when I do it through the launcher it works perfectly. Anyone knows a way around this?

Single players doesn't give me good fps either. Did a quick test. When I run in the woods in Dayz I get 60 fps though.

I also moved my Entire Arma ll game to my SSD. I find it a little ridiculous that internet connection has to suffer FPS. I've never heard of this before.

There is a way to get a higher FPS through Ramdisk, atleast that's what I heard. I'm trying it but I can't get it to work, thx for your response though. I want the Sixlauncher to reach that path :/

First off, my specs. Processor: i7-3820 @ 3.60 GHZ (8 CPUs) overclocked to 4.40 Ghz. Temperature of my processor wont ever go above 55 degrees celcius. Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce 580 slightly overclocked. Ram: 16gigs of DDR3 Ram I put all the settings of dayz in low and when I run in a forest the fps caps to 60. I'm fine by that, but when I run in Cherno my fps drops to 20-30. Now I'm pretty sure my pc should be able to handle this easily. Any ideas on how to increase the fps?

Any other tips or trick that could help it? I'd love to fraps at 50, it always goes down to 30. I have a 120hz monitor and I can fraps Skyrim on ultra high with 120fps. Kinda an indicator of how strange this is for me

Hello, My voice communication input seems to be very, very low. I can barely hear anyone and I wonder if someone knows a fix for this. All the sliders are all the way to the right (excluding effects)

I tried this but it seems like its still 50% of what it should be, any other people that have this issue?

Hi! First of all I enjoy this game a lot and I like the way u need to play to survive a lot. I've been playing extremely careful and I've played for about 2 1/2 hours and then I died because I broke my bones by a door. However something bothers me. You spawn at the coast, and I hear that there are alot of bandits in the city, which is all the way up north. But it takes 2-3 hours to run all the way up there. How do people get there without dying? Are there people who are alive for like days? Could somebody explain me this. An extremely confused but enthusiastic gamer.

Oh, I'm not so bothered about the fact that the door killed me, I knew it could've happen so it's my own bad. It's just that I don't understand how people obtain sniper rifles and a sniper suites. Somehow it feels like they are alive for days and never die. That's how their items look like atleast. To me it feels like you need to run 4 hours to get into some interaction or go to the north and then u lose it in seconds. Or am I missing something here?
