i went to the bunker and was greeted by the most boring guns in the game. throw me a fuckin M4 for once

i found sakhal a huge letdown like gimmie some fucking loot and pvp for fucks sakes, dont put it all on a separate island from the main location

as a guy who hates community servers for the inconsistency in rules i got banned for kos too much and destroying guns players dropped. my only option to play offical with peace of mind was for me to buy and xbox just for this game. worth it, cause i play every day but duping is the real problem on console. everybody complains about dupers on console i actaully dont mind dupers cause they at least cant break the rules during a fight, they still have to fight me fair and square and when they drop gear on death its a nice way to get exotic guns on the coast lol. my issue with the dupers is when they build bases though, so much lag from the excess of loot that the whole server chugs and they're unlimited explosive raids can sanitize a server of any genuine base groups till the only base left is the unraidable laggy duper base

i kinda think its dumb too, it would be nice to join a different offical server as a freshy without having to make alts sometimes i just wanna de-gear and play like a drunken moron with nothing to lose, doing that on offical without losing gear means having to stash and get all invested in that. i wish server hopping gave you a fresh start sometimes

i just cant understand the mentality behind it maybe to declutter the loot pool, but i think it would just be better if certain guns and mags spawned together in locations, like knowing m16/ stanag mags spawned in zeleno and ak stuffs spawned at tisy. more location specific loot might help with the cluttred loot pool more than just straight up removing entire guns and mags from the pool

dude i get the same impression that they castrate high level play on purpose, they just want us all alone banging rocks together and fishing all day

the server change wait timer on spawns make it really annoying to server hop to try to spawn in the same city as a friend on the coast, it might be a specific use case, but in the case where two players want to meet up but have logged off far from eachother, you used to be able to server hop and respawn on the coast in a random spot when you jumped back to the original server you were on. me and friends used this often as a way to pick a city and meet up quickly, now with timers as if im going to run a hour every time my buddy wants to play, especially when we only have a hour or two after work. in my opinion it only makes it hard and annoying for friends to play the game together. it worked fine before the 1 min countdown for switching servers. just another, baffling, small, punitive and time wasting decision that still makes me so mad to this day. this and so many other changes its death by a thousand cuts and the reason im not playing tonight. I loved this game more than anything else in the world, i hate coming here to only be negative, but i just wasted an hour jumping around and running to find out where i spawned and running again, in the end me and bro said f- this and quit to play some lame battlefield game. this game was so much better 2 years ago before I could get more chernogorsk city spawns and just meet my friends and start playing faster, it wasnt hurting anyone else or being abused really. why is every new change focused on hurting this meta. No i do not want to invest in crossing the entire map BEFORE meeting with bro, especially when were just in the mood to run around on the coast and act a fool.

two players should be able to pick up a boat and walk with it while attached to it, one player should be able to flip/ drag a boat waterways need to be adjusted or there really is no point adding more lag to servers for something so useless instead of atvs or bikes to help solo payers become mobile they added boats to go nowhere?? seems like a lazy and desperate way to pad out the lack of content addition in 1.26 to me...

oh and the marketing scheme of giving youtubers exclusive acsess was really sleazy of BI, and even sleazier is the fact that my any posts made on this account need to be approved by a moderator and so my posts are hidden for days before being approved is also very sleazy because i assume my account was red listed for being too negative, i also created an account just to voice my negative feedback way back when freshys all started spawning together, and i havent had anything positive to say about the updates since that point either.

I agree the game felt really good and lots of fun around 1.15 but everything after has just been a slow slide into boring busywork, as an offical player the game is very boring now. they stopped adding anything cool to the updates and just started making guns rarer and harder to maintain, killed pvp on offical and custom servers are too inconsistent for me to really get into. its really sad, I fell in love with this game in 2021 but the last few years of design choices sucked the fun out of the game for me. (spawn changes, weapons spawning damaged, food and water changes, inertia, carrying capacity, turning radius changes etc) ive pretty much just quit now and none of my friends play anymore either, i was the first in the friend group to find the game in 2020 and even bought my friends copys to support a game i loved. I feel super burned by the last year or two of updates, 1.26 and the boring new map has really made me lose hope altogether.

i havent seen any way to break ice, the only safe water is springs and the only fishing is coastal the snow needs to chelating tabs to be safe to drink, chlorine tabs are only useful if you find a half full bottle spawn and let it defrost.

I ONLY CARE ABOUT THE CHANGES TO VITALS ITS SO F-ING BORING RIDING THE SAKHAL COAST LOOKING FOR THESE SPRINGS
