crack a 3 dial, blow walls on 4 or 5 so no point in a 5 dial... unless you enjoy the pain of opening the damn things, waiting for the shot in your back, every time you want to enter your base lol
-
Agree 100% Been saying this for ages. If and until a fix comes out for the desynch issues and bad physics simply make the vehicles and occupants more durable so they won't be the instant game ruiner they currently are.
-
Any changes to the locks should be purely for the convenience of the people using them, as in they open instantly to those who already know the code (and stay on the gate). A 5 pin lock is only more inconvenient and considering that raiders resort to attacking the walls when a 4 pin is on the gate, totally unnecessary.

Update 1.17 Xbox Experimental (Change Log)
lemmac replied to Kyiara's topic in Xbox Experimental Updates
When you go to sleep the man goes to sleep -
cooking on a sharpened stick now puts food in your groin instead of over fire lol
-
PMSL at improvised clothes - gotta tear up perfectly good clothes to make em and they offer no insulation, as well as looking stupid... bring back the leather crafting of useful clothes instead for proper wild survival

i'd like to see how people can use the dpad to navigate inventories while using left analogue stick to jiggle and actually interact with anything in the inventories at same time lol at least the process works on the pc, being able to drag/drop and interact with the mouse whilst jiggling Personally never been killed while looting a body so have no love or need for the jiggle. Would much prefer and inventory system that just worked... pretty much just as it did before the update in fact lol

320km of road in Chernarus, average car will get double that distance off a full tank. So i'd say it's realistic. Indeed much more so than than needing a full three course meal just to jog 3k to the next town without starving to death ;)

and... they've broken it again

Fix Lag Spikes, Frame Rate Drops & Rubber Banding.

10 people fully geared log out at same place. One logs in. You kill them. They tell their friends who all log in and kill you. You stood no chance. 1 player logs multiple fully geared characters out at same place. One logs in. You kill them. They log in another id and kill you. You stood a fighting chance. -
No more ridiculous than not being able to open the visor ;)

See above. There is this no shadows/harsh contrast/loss of water textures bug that happens after a server restart (on console at least)... now the harsh contrast seems to happen while keeping the shadows and water textures... nothing to do with TV in my case as same tv is used whether the bug is occurring or not.
-
Yeah this harsh contrast change when raising reticule above horizon is awful. It increases eye strain and can bring on headaches. It used to be accompanied with a loss of shadows and water texture but it now seems to be happening on its own permanently.

Update 1.16 Xbox Experimental (Change Log)
lemmac replied to lynn.zaw's topic in Xbox Experimental Updates
^^ Could easily be done if they switched character movement to right stick while in inventory, considering you can then use left stick/dpad/face button combinations to navigate and interact with inventory without needing a third hand. Still would be nowhere near as fluid as mouse/keyboard combo but we can't have it all.. Presently the mere act of breathing heavy or blowing your hands cos they are cold is enough to move all the ground loot around the place making it nigh impossible to select anything correctly already. Adding movement to the process could make it easier to find the sweet spot... although knowing Bohemia they'll probably just screw it up even more lol. -

This game is so buggy even the bugs can be bugged! Sometimes you just gotta go somewhere and stash your stuff, suicide and respawn and go get your stuff...
-
^ yeah i tried that method too lol. Ultimately decided to a break until Bohemia fix the mess they created... too many other bugs to contend with on top of this.

You need to bandage to stop bleeding. Bandages need to be disinfected to stop infection. You disinfect bandages/rags with disinfectant spray, iodine and alcohol tincture. You can also disinfect your wounds with these prior to bandaging or if you've already used a dirty bandage/rag, but disinfecting afterwards only works if you are in the early stages of infection. There's a bug in the game where if you combine one unclean rag with other disinfected rags they all become unclean so watch out for this. Otherwise you need to take multiple tetracycline pills (4 or 5?) to clear up late stage infection. Don't stack them, take each extra one only after the effects of the first have worn off. Popping vitamins regularly also helps in that it keeps your immune system high. As does being warm, dry, well fed and watered. A high immune system can reduce your chances of getting sick.

have experienced these issues to varying degrees on every server i've played... and when it happens to everyone in your crew at same time you know it's server issues and not local
-
Your drag and drop must be boss

You could have a million options and still prefer one over the rest...
-
Take solace in the fact it's even worse now after the update lol

Fix Lag Spikes, Frame Rate Drops & Rubber Banding.

Of course, you neglect to mention that each of those accounts would have had to play the game, as it was meant to be played, to accumulate the items they are storing offline... dying and respawing as a freshie is literally no different to starting a new account and spawning as a freshie. If you're worried about one user being able to swap items between their multiple accounts, well that's no different than a group of friends doing the same in real time. Well, apart from the fact it's more time consuming and unrewarding. -
Will happily help. I'll look out for you once Bohemia fix the inventory bugs they introduced in the latest patch because i won't be playing again until they do sadly :(

A movie that starts with a crazy and frantic, edge of the seat battle for survival, then by half hour in becomes increasingly monotonous until by the end all the main characters have committed suicide from boredom? Sounds great 🤣
