You have cholera. Probably from one infected watter bottle. It takes a while to go away, multivitamin pills and tetracycline are helping, but it still takes awful long. You can only eat & drink little by little, otherwise you will throw up again.

I caught myself cholera on experimental - now it really takes a long time to go away (in my case 5+ hours realtime, at least), but it´s not a bug, it´s intentional - diseases are now harder to overcome:

Obviously it´s still under the "known issues" section - so right now, there´s not much you can do, except wait for a hotfix, or hide/bury your gear and restart.

So these two points in combination make it really hard to overcome a cholera disease - which is also quite easy to get (with a 50% chance in every spawning bottle). I guess we´ll see a lot of ill players in the next weeks.. Nevertheless a very nice and good update, love the new environmental challenges 👍

Which update Notes do you mean? I don´t see any official yet (in the Exp branch the M3S is included, so why shouldn´t it be in official?)

Ok, so it may be cholera - i have been running through chernarus since last tuesday, every day for 2-3 hours, so in total now 8 days - since then i took 4 packs (48 single) Tetracycline pills - and i am stil sick - i just guess the "healing" mechanics should maybe be looked into a bit more..

Anyone else got sick very fast and is unhealable? I´ve been running around the past 3 weeks with 4 chars. Each of them got sick after a little while and i wasn´t able to cure any single one of them. I have not eaten anything raw/with dirty hands. I have tried 48 pills of tetracycline, 30 Codeine and 24 charcoal pills. The last char is alive, but i cannot get his food/water levels beyond 3/4 of max, no matter how much chickens/sheep i eat. If i eat or drink too much or too fast (...), he eventually pukes...?! Anyone else got that? Havn´t had this on stable...There´s also no known sickness that matches these symptoms.. 😕

Which post? Can´t connect the Exp Servers because of mismatching version..

This. Happend more often in the last weeks, i starved not long after spawning with meat in my backpack, because i couldn´t find a knife..
