Yeah, this is due to the slope, you have to enter & exit backwards or continuously sprint. The only current solution to this is building on flat ground. Most backpacks are not wateproof even in RL (they might be water-resistant) for items you really dont want to get wet - there is the drybag backpack or drysack. Please keep in mind that what might be useless to you might not be useless to other people. But we are trying to add something new with nearly every update. The date was not announced yet. Dear Survivors, We came out of our holiday hibernation freshened up and thrilled to start the new year. Then we found out that DayZ has once again broken another record regarding concurrent players. Hi, the switch is in settings now. You can either have VA (Voice activation) and that is exactly what would happen if you'd toggle the VON to be switched on all the time. Or you still have the push to talk option.
