I am no fan of nightime play and will quite often move servers maybe four times every time I come to play. Two Official and two community servers which I try to stick too though sometimes I get an invite too play on a different server again. What gets me is if I have survived and spawn out say near the NWAF North end near Topolniki why when I Log back in am I near Polana near Berenzino. It was suggested to me that it is maybe the system thinking I am server hoping for loot when in reality I am just avoiding playing at nightime.

I have spawned back in a number of times in the correct place but in the middle of somebody elses gunfight. It does'nt end well 😂

As much as I like the new map and will be getting it and I like the fact it encourages you to make friends and survive it will alianate a large proportion of the current DayZ community who only want to kill everything in site. I deliberately watch a six and a half hour stream from a gaming stalwart two weeks ago and it really was a battle to survive and without making friends alon the way he would have died a number of times along the way. It certainly needs a different attitude towards your game play and i enjoyed what I saw. I hope it does alright.

Bases are there for one reason TO BE RAIDED. For a bit of effort you can get your best loot haul in ages wether they are dupers or not. I won,t turn down an opportunity to break in as I don't know the owner from Adam usually. Also small areas of camo netted tents are all over the place in the North of the Maps in the Woods and are very productive. I only on Thursday spawned in on the east coast to some guy with a lead pipe just killing empty handed new spawns. I just don't get it but it does show the mentality of some. I found a car yesterday that need a wheel and a spark plug but found on inspection it was full of guns ammo clothes bags boots and food. Why remove the wheel and the spark plug and leave all that loot. Oh yeah look under the dark green fir trees as well for boxes with stuff in I have found plenty of them as well.

Hello all. A quick question please. I found today on Community / Official servers that I could not put a pristine battery in any thing that required a battery. Any body else have the same issue. Also some extremely poor rendering all afternoon on any server. I hate night game play so have four official and two community servers which I try and stay on when I get daylight but it was the same on all.

Now you mention it yes it was straight after a server restart 👍

I may be wrong but you empty it with a spade and can then fold it down and move it I think.

I found six 9v batts yesterday and could not get them to work in anything. Relogged twice and even hid stuff went off and looed and came back and they still did not load into anything. I am going on again for a few hours now so if it does not work I will report. Must say though that the rest of the day all worked fine.

I found quite a few in Crash Sites and rare guns in September when I started DayZ PS4 but as we have progressed into November I find less and less. I have found though that near the crash areas I have been finding more and more small tented areas or small bases filled with tents full of Ammo Guns and gear in wooded areas around the crash sites. I got lost yesterday after a skirmish with a gang of three and found myself on the Northern edge of the map near Troitskoe Mil Base and Krasnoe found three areas in the woods within about 20 mins full of loot and nobody home while I broke in. This I find regularly in the North of the map so get off the beaten path as well as I find it productive in searching for good gear.

Yep tried it again today and nothing for me will accept a battery

Seven Hours in total after the update and no Blue Screens. All else went fine as well. Heard plenty of shots but only found dead Zombies. Seem to be able to find more ammo across the map which is great and the drink spawns are miles better with plenty now found on dead Z's. Now keeping a distance if I can from Z's and killing with silenced Pistol and positioning myself to be able to get in a room if I aggro to many Z's so bleeding out to fast has not been an issue lately either. I had an hour this morning right after a restart and as I was in one of the mil bases I found not one gun/ rifle which is not encouraging but loads of tracer rounds which I don't use. So for me plenty of good some better planning and a few niggles but overall its been alright since the update.

Yeah today I had a few moments hidden away to sort out my inventory and my scoped sk disappeared. Spent five minutes looking and thought go get another as I had just seen another at a mili base. Spotted a player at the base and went to switch to my AK and the SK was back on my back. Lost the player but the SK was fine the rest of the day. I also had trouble opening doors as well for about five minutes which also stopped as well. All on official server 2350.

Again today I have the first four attempts at logging into a server all result in a Blue screen. Reported all four which were two attempts at an officiall server 9994 and two attempts at community server UKDZ. Tried a different server Official 2350 and I had six flawless hours. Annoying yes but once in it was great.

I have nearly 3000 hours of DayZ on PC and now have it on the PS4 because of health issues meaning I can not use my PC. I do not like the game any less and actually prefer some platform ways of playing the game. I am quite happy to let Bohemian continue to Iron out issues with Sony and both can do nothing about poor internet connections and as a game still in its infancy will continue to report issues for the better of the game. If it is still an issue in two years time I might start getting annoyed but its been five months and the three I have had DayZ PS4 it has improved a lot.

Well six hours today and not one issue. This game is great when it goes well. I just need to get this dying less down to a fine art. 😁😁

Defo happens and It seems worse since 1:05.

Had a few Blue screens recently for the first time. Each time while the Server Loaded and not in actual game. All official servers 2350 or 4466.

Never found a KA-M before and then found three today. Of course I left two for others but found some mags and all attached to gun and gun worked fine. Just a shame it was to kill Zombies before they over ran me. All on official server 4466 so happy days and found my old character back as well who disappeared when the servers were restarted. Just need to find some players. Thirty on the server but could not find one player or heard any shots. My opinion since restart is positive as no issues from six hours has to be a plus. lets hope it stays that way.

Well 8 hrs yesterday. No crashes, No Blue Screens, No invisible Zombies, No Glitches and plenty of stuff found. Changed boots twice as found new Pristine ones and no problem in 8 hrs. Spent plenty of time running to the sound of shots to find the instigators long gone and lots of dead zombies. Found quite a few tents well stocked around and about by travelling some more indirect routes.Found a few bases for future referance. For me though still some bad bits that need tweeks in settings. No drinks on coast again, dry bags boonie hats, torches, netting a plenty so I head to a well and am red health drink when I get there. Drink up and having no drink bottle as I have just spawned in proceed back along the coast as I surely will find drink. Nope none on coast none in houses, just make it to another well on full empty red drink and two arrow down red health. I had spawned in with an apple and some rags. On the journey from well to well I found no fruit and one can of fish to eat so am also red food. Somehow I got through but in future I will suicide rather than chase my tail. Not enjoyable surely we should stand a fair chance as a new spawn. Also the reason I died to have to respawn was not enjoyable and maybe I have mis interprated this but getting ill from poor water is countered by taking Codeine Tablets is that correct. I found two packs and four hours in got ill from needing to drink from a stream. Tablets had no effect so have I got this wrong. Died within three minutes. Now I like the way the game is going with having to plan your adventure rather than just spawn in and kill everything that moves without much thought but as a relative Noob to Console DayZ It still leaves me a little perplexed right when you don't need it. One final question In real life at night you can see pretty much plenty around you yet in game its just like looking at an open tin of black paint. the servers empty a lot when night comes. Surely this is a negative effect to the game in general or doe's the game need Low Pop at times for admin or logistical purpose. Another day in DayZ.

It is the collection of things that make it frustrating at the moment. I think we all don't mind learning to get your tabs for dodgy water and I am forever sewing my clothes back to worn and cleaning your guns. Until you just said I find plenty of Leather repair kits so I now realise I need to carry one but if I make it to a mil base I will always change boots if found. I still think bleeding needs turning down as some places are a long way from anywhere on the map. Since the update though I have been trouble free which is about 8 hours play. No blue screen, no lag, no unusual happenings.Got to find better hiding places for AFK moments So with both legs still in plaster and told to rest a full day today of a lot of hours in Console DayZ. I will keep you posted.

I am officially a server hopper. No UK servers still the dutch one I used has disappeared then the American one disappeared and today the new American seve I went on Sunday has also gone. Tried two community servers which have also now gone. Will they be back ?

Had plenty of Ammo from Houses today but my boots always ruin and can not find new boots.

Crashes and blue screen before update Plenty. Since update none...... 5 hours today and no problems. Time will tell I suppose.
