I've yet to find one, I've been playing on a private server and sometimes I'm the only one on. Running from spot to spot. And nothing...Not a dam one!

Digital is the future dude. If they wanna get on the game best to just DL it from PSN store. They can wipe card details once they have completed the purchase. Its worth it if you guys wanna clan up and spend a good amount of time running round map having fun killing zombies and fighting up on NWAF.

Can't wait. I'll miss my LAR but I'll find another one with the loot tables being back to default...I hope... So is it a guarantee that we'll all end up back on the beach with nothing? Or will it just wipe our inventory and reset all the loot tables, leaving us in the location we logged off at?

With it being a total wipe, Will we all end up back on the beach? I found the only LAR I've ever had in the game on Sunday, and I'm going to lose it now.. But I suppose its worth it in the long run with the chance of getting better guns spawning again once loot table is reset, and back to normal. With the ability to now rent a server, I hope the PS4 community gets a bit of the PC folk way of playing with people putting out friendly areas, traders, factions. I looked at the cost and god dam! Its expensive to rent a 100 slot server for a few months, the year is just short of a grand on the page I was looking at.

Sat in the hunter stand last night waiting on green hill, the stand along the forest with the big tower behind you. 2 HOURS... Nothing... 2 spawn point near here to. I even jumped a few servers to see if I'd spawn in to a server that had one sat ready. Nope. I give up...

Ah well, enough with the wishful thinking... So we thinking its going to be tue-wed this week?

So if we want to jump on we can just jump on? Or do we need to get the go-ahead from you first? I'm up for getting involved, the chance to get on a server without KOS sounds good. Let me know what you need off me to join up Markyd.

Yeah with the wipe coming for consoles, I'm thinking everyone's going to be gunning each other down just for the fun of it. Once the wipe has happened its going to change the dynamic of the game. All being well for the better.

Do we have to pay a subscription to get on? ..... Have you seen the cost for a 100 slot server? I'm more than happy to get involved, but who ever is footing the server bill will need a little help I'm assuming by way of getting people to pay a little to help.

OK So in my not so long time on dayz I've come across a load of player types. I wanted to put them in to the main 3 I think (my personal opinion) they slot in to. 1) So your running in to a village, you spot a fellow survivor. Try and make contact via mic, No reply. They have heard you as now they have armed up with a weapon and crouch down. Run in to a house. You try and talk them down, still no reply. I've tried the "I'm not going to kill you" the "hey I'm just passing through don't shoot" Still no reply. So you cut your losses and go your own way. Its then you notice the same person is now following you. They are armed, keeping a distance. You know this is only going to end one way. One of you back on the beach. Silent stalker all out Killer---- (this covers a few silent type player who either don't want to or don't have a mic, just the want to kill you and take your loot) 2) You are looting a house, looking around and swapping out loot, you don't notice the player coming in and watching you, and then you hear them. Either a hello, don't shoot I'm friendly, want to team up. If you've played this game for a month or so you are cautious of everyone you don't know, the game makes you this way. So you agree to team up and loot, its then they tell you about a friend they have in the next village, they just want to meet up with them to get a bigger team going more chances of surviving. OK you reply, the nagging feeling is still there, but hey not everyone wants to stab you in the back and take your loot.. Right. You go and meet up with said friend. There is 3 of said friends all stood in a field, as if they have been expecting you. Hey you say, nothing, So where we heading to?, nothing. One of them asks if you have food and drink. Yeah sure you want some. Its then you black out. Come round tied up nothing on you, they have even taken your shoes. Tricksters blag artist-- (will lead you in to a trap, either kill you or leave you with nothing) 3) Similar to 2, but they are genuinely friendly, to prove this they also give you a spare weapon if you have none, good military gear food and drink if you’re a fresh spawn. Now I've not had as much experience with this type, as I've only met 2-3 players who have been like this. One American guy after giving me half his good gear committed suicide to go re spawn and start again. Friendly--- (will help you, give you food and weapons) You can come across a mixture of all the 3, but I wanted to put them in the main 3 I've come across.

I've been on since the PS4 started up, never come across any either. I just assumed I'm a few mins behind the lucky survivor who's looted the same spot and taken the assault rifle. Come to think of it, I'm not sure I've seen anyone with them on the PS4. But I couldn't tell the difference between an assault rifle going off or a scorpion TBH.. And I've been shot and killed a lot.

Went on a run last night and this weekend, I'm seriously bad at finding Helicopter crash sites. Now I'm only doing it to prove a point to myself that I can. The amount of people who now kill on site is scary. While looking for these crash site's I've ran in to a few people, tried to talk ask the question if they have seen any, want to find any. BANG! Back on the beach retracing my foot steps....And now its dark. I'm not sure why I cant stop playing this game..hours of getting geared up and a few bullets and its start again..

WOW! I only imagined there was like 1-2 at any time, that's why I kept missing them. I'll keep looking. When the update kicks in and the loot tables are back to original spawn items & rates. Maybe the loot will improve. Thanks for all the info guys.
