Aaw man, what a bummer! That's a good story though.. it's always fun trying to learn new game mechanics while panicking hahah. Grenades have been rather unpredictable in my experience so far, but overall I'm enjoying them! I still haven't been able to find a flash grenade yet, I hope to experiment with those soon.

This is a dumb video.. but there are some funny moments. Elektro had become rather quiet at the start of our server’s first “supporters only” session. I met up with Badger, one of our most vital community members, and he informed me that he just so happened to have a grenade in his possession. Ugh. Yeah I actually agree with you on most of those points haha. There are still some bugs that should be non existent at this point, and it’s a shame we’re still dealing with them. I do play often, on a mix of public and private servers. Always high pop, and I frequently run into the bugs you’ve mentioned. I just try to look past them, and try to focus on the progress that has been made on the game. What I was referring to earlier is the duping nonsense being fixed finally. That is what I am most happy about.. at least that nightmare is over for now. I am just trying to be optimistic about the game’s future!

Agreed! I'm feeling the same way, and have been really enjoying this game now since the update. It's great to finally experience DayZ on console, the way it was intended to be. Hope it only gets better!

It's slightly annoying to worry about shoe condition now.. but I'll get over it haha. Makes finding that duct tape or sewing kit even more important!

I'm really enjoying this new update so far.. I think it's exactly what we needed and for the most part it seems to be living up to the hype! Getting loot off zombies can be tricky, but I have had luck with the tip above. One thing I've found interesting is that you no longer spawn with a can of soda or a stone knife.. might just have been the private server I was playing on though.

Aw man, I wish I knew of a better way.. Right now I'm just using my phone and a free app to record my voice while playing. It works, but it's not great haha

This quick video shows my very first experience on a private server. The 1.04 update had just been released and I couldn’t believe how many friendly players I ended up encountering in Elektro! The game ran smoothly too! I planted some pumpkins and got a few fire barrels roaring with flames as folks gathered around to share the positivity! First Impressions on a Private Server! It was an ambitious idea- to set up a friendly farmer’s market at the center of one of the deadliest cities in Chernarus. I figured I would need a bit of protection, and just by chance, I met a willing survivor to name as my Head of Security.
