It's not hipocrisy, all i'm saying is that i want this game's freedom. If you want to be cruel, do it, if you want to be friendly, do it. I was answering original question "what you think of that?".

You can, even if it's a rope or a handcuff. You can run too, they cannot hold you in place like a dog. He could have done all that, but he somehow "accepted" the roleplay and then came here complaining. What worries me the most is that those kind of people are too loud, and they somehow get what they want, killing games in the process.

Don't you think is way funnier to have something to happen (even something wierd as this) than same routine day after day?? I wonder how could you enjoy the spawn>loot>die>repeat thing. I don't wanna repeat myself here, but those kind of interactions are what i think is the "beautiful" of dayz. Don't give up and don't let then torture you then. At least try to resist, try to run, try something!! If you do, you might even get out of it with an epic feeling, like Just Caused story above.

Just for a quick update. I give up on tisy military base and went to that small village with some hunter's house and 2 military barracks (still on same server, and guess what? Found an AK and M70. So i'm quite sure that was something to do with tisy. I've already submited a report to BI on that.

Hi. I've been fully looting tisy base every day 3 times, at different schedule, for a week already on 2 servers (both oficial) and i simples can't find a gun, no joke, i'm not talking about a good gun, i literally haven't found a pistol, i had found alot of useful stuff, like NV, plate carrier, and so on, but not even a single gun. Can someone help me and tell me why?

I'm pretty sure you can kill yourself if thats your problem. We used handcuffs on my friend and me suicide himself (probably pressing F11). I do think it's cruel but, i enjoy anything more than shoot on sight. Thats what makes dayz special to me.

Yes, i play on PC. And i might have miss spelled it wrong, it was 3 times every day during a week on 2 different servers, so it's like 40-50 times total. Just to be clear again, not even a pistol. On this same server i usually farm that small military camp north of staroye and usually found a gun there (sks/sg5). I was wondering if thats something to do with 1- Servers (since both are from same host) or 2-Something wrong with tisy camp or 3- exploits. just to include a not on number 3: I've heard somewhere that if you have people dupping items on server you play, somehow that dupped item does not respawn anymore. If that makes sense, would explain why i haven't found a tent yet on those servers.

--- Quick disclaimer: English is not my 1st language, so mistakes will be made. --- Hi, i was wondering, why don't we have some form of protect our base from people that uses other servers as "bridge"? I'm kinda new to dayz standalone, but i've played mod on 2012 (stoped cuz of hackers) alot and i remember basebuilding as one of the most requested features and now it's just a colossal fuck up. Even so it is the main reason people prefer community servers instead oficial ones. I think it is reasonable to ask for something that just prevent people from see your base > log on another server> go inside > log back and steal everylittle thing. Just something to prevent that (and make it "harder" to destroy would be nice too) how be enough to bring back to oficial servers and (probably) some back to the game. I just bought dayz (like 1mouth ago) and i'm already about to quit because base building gives me a reason to play a "mission" and now it's simple pointless. And i can be sure that if this got fixed i could possibly bring most of my friends back to the game and probably i'm not the only one who would.

I do agree with you, except for the fact that i haven't found yet that server. You see, there is always something "more" on community servers, like increased drop rates, double stamina and so on... And thats not what i wanted, i'm well aware of unnoticed wipes on oficial servers. When you say that "hopping issue ins't a problem" you are just trying to push whats good for you to me, but i'll be as clear as possible. I want people to "raid" my base with a hammer, or cut codelock with a hacksaw or whatever, i want them to wipe the server at will, i just don't want people stealing my stuff due server hopping, and, most important(for me), i want to stay on oficial servers.

Another thing that i forget to mention. I'd always played with cars and always had this same problem, but i somehow fixed it by after taking batery and sparkplug out of car, i put an item (a food can) on his inventory and try to turn him on, only then i leave and logout. No idea if it does anything, but have been working along this week.

It happened to me, more than once. Someone said that if you take some stuff out of car (like battery, wheel, radiator, etc) server will read this like you car got "ruined" and you tried to salvage some stuff. Still, i'm not sure about that, but seems legit so far. An oficial answer would be appreciated.
