We have mushrooms in game now so why not introduce Magic mushrooms so players can pick them, place them in water bottles which we can then place in buildings so other players have no idea whats in the bottled water and when they drink from it they are affected by the hallucinogenic effect and vomiting which can last some hours. Or if players catch other players they can force them to eat them rendering them drugged induced, set them free and watch them trying to avoid zombies for some hours making it entertaining for all to watch who are near.

Time to gather all those high tier guns again, place them in boxes and bury them until next wipe. This is why i like DayZ, it is not just about Zombies, it is about stuffing other players from having good weapons and having a good laugh about it.

Besides pots attached to gas cookers full of cooked food vanishing on every return to game, now all dry bags are also lost full of canned food, even thoough they are next to flag. Might as well just fish all day and eat, might just survive the day

Is there a trick to get servers back, as i see no servers?

0.63 - Wasn't that when base building was implemented and players building bases asked for the timings of burying stuff to be extended, because 0.63 timings were not working in favour of base builders, but for base wreckers ?

The only point players are making for nullifying the effect of the hoarder by having buried loot vanish faster, is so that they can have a trendy weapon to trot around the map with, that is it. You have to remember that in these stashes that are buried and hoarded, are not just Weapons. There is base building equipment that require hoarding due to the wear and tear and for further construction. Players need plenty and require to hoard these items so they are not spending every day looking for the equipment. Players stash food so they are not constantly hunting for food or growing it. They stash equipment for vehicles because they are easily broken such as wheels, radiators, batteries and spark plugs. Players stash these items and may never have to use them for days or weeks so they can thrive and move onto doing other things. To me it looks like base builders, vehicle users and survivalist would all have their DayZ experience ruined, simply because a few can't steal the trendy weapon they require. I notice no one is asking items in tents to have a shorter life, i presume because all those asking for shorter hoarding times, know they can steal any item in them with ease.

Hoarding is part of the survival element in game and as in real life people hoard making items hard to get and so to bring it down to 7 days persistence will only force players to spend 90% of their time running around the map digging and burying their stash. Or they will just move all stash to a central area making it easy to dig up and bury in 7 days and nothing will change, they will still have items no one can get. Players have strong views on both side of the debate so the simple answer would be to create servers with different persistence t times, then we are all happy.

Will current bases by wiped on the new update ? Will the current blue tents remain or are they going to be wiped ?

When are all the official servers going to be online? 6 days and many are STILL OFFLINE. It's nearly getting to the point to ask, why on earth should i spend months on one server and play Dayz and gather loot over months only to be denied access to it all and likely lose it all. So frustrating. It would be helpful if the DayZ team actually informed every one what the hell is going on.

No UK servers. Interestingly when i last communicated with the DAYZ team about bouncing around on the same server , which i played on for months and no other, they removed a huge chunk of servers from the official listing and dropped them into the community listing, roughly two days after i sent a bug report and i lost everything when they did. Soooooo now if i see bugs i say nothing.

This i have already proven with the DAYZ staff to be incorrect information. I was continously playing on one server for months and yet i was starting in different locations when i rejoined. The last time i informed DAYZ staff they removed the server from the official list, with about 20 others, and dumped them in the community listing and i presume that was because they had issues.

The official servers belong to the developers of the game, who are accountable for the servers and are in effect the admins of them. Thats why i have been dealing with them when anything goes wrong in any of the servers over the past months. I only use official servers as community ones are packed with cheaters.

Some UK servers have been off days on the official server list. As this is going to effect players, if they had to interact with tents or barrels over the time the servers have vanished and could not do so earlier due to other commitments in real life , can you please extend barrels and tents life span to prevent screwing every one up...................... PLEASE?

If the server is off at the time i need to interact with my tents which was today or yesterday and i cannot not do so again until next weekend then the period that i have to interact with my tents is this weekend. That means if the server clock starts again in the next few days i am fkd as others are as i wont be able to interact. EDIT: Removed nasty language.

Any reason why the official servers have had no rain since the last update?

So they stopped rain because some people didn't like being caught out in the rain and ending up freezing then dead. Can't these people in their nappies have their own dedicated servers where there is no rain, easy zombies to kill, and loads of loot are available and let the remainder play as the game should be ?

Any one know who i should contact about reset position after being teleported then ending up in camp dead?

That's ridiculous, so i play on a modded server for a few years and no other and that server is no longer active what do i do, leave DAYZ OOoooooooooor swap to another server and just hope they sort the teleportation bug out ?

Handheld illuminating rocket flare what comes down on a parachute slowly and illuminates large area of ground. Rocket ejects a white flare to a ceratin height, which burns for 30 seconds at 90,000 candela. Great for hunting at night and suppressing night vision tools.

Yep it's annoying and i nearly suffered a few times until i quickly improvised, over come and adapted by quickly using machete or knives for all close quarter fighting with more than 3 zombies and only just survive. It is understandable that if you are surrounded at a foot distance, as in real life, managing weapons such are rifles, shot guns and anything else with a long barrel would be hard to control. May be the smaller submachine guns do not react the same way, have not tried them yet for such situations.

Great for stealth mode, hiding and traveling around edge of map on to transport loot stolen from camps that seem to hover on the edge of maps.
