I have put around 400 hours into this game so far. I've never put so much time into any game before im a mature gamer (24) maybe considered an immature gamer by the oldies no offence, in my time playing I think I've experienced maybe 90%+ of the bugs and yes I've rage quit many times due to these bugs but have never gone longer than five minutes after said rage quit without logging back in because this game has endless opportunities for interactions whether it be zombies wolves or that guy who kind of creeps you out, yes most players will KOS because why do they want to risk losing that sweet sweet loot it took hours to obtain, they may be dupers or maybe not, getting hung up on maybes will only ruin you and/or potential buyers of the games experience, persistance is a bitch, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR BASE, wait till the patch comes out to fix it or quit crying about it. Fps drops are the main issue, why bother trying to pvp when the frames drop so low you couldn't shoot fish in a barrel, very frustrating but yet not a deal breaker for me,in my experience if I look back I've basically done the same thing over and over again yet each time it has varied greatly in terms of player interactions, the ridicoulas amount of zombie's in that one town thats usually deserted, hunting animals even though food is too easy to find. Dayz is what you make of it and if you try to have fun you will have the most fun you could have in any game (hopefully) :)

i appreciate the reactions but I'm more interested in your experiences so far if you wouldn't mind sharing.

I like to see impulz reply as it gives me faith in the developers actually caring about the game, I also don't like threads lumike these as you made a statement asking whether wipes were made to make people quit playing, ofourse not, regardless of whether. The devs are good or not they are not trying to make anyone quit the game

my phone is a dick, I cant directly reply or quote your message so I hope you see my reply because I do agree with you, although this is a gritty survival. Game where I see it as once your dead your dead, not some shit where you click your save game and spawn in with gear, I know alot of people will disagree with me but I feel like you are one being so you should have one char, this is my personal opinion and from what I've seen pc is going in the direction of allowing players to have more than one character so things appear to be going the way you want, I do not necessarily disagree with that I just know the way I would. Like it to be but wont cry about it as frankly this is the best game I've ever played.

btw this post is in the new player. Discussion so you experienced players opinions are less than relevant, I'm trying to help new players and your comments are your own opinion which is fine to share as this is a public forum but you are only stopping uninformed players from using an extremely useful loot route which takes no effort but rather you would. Suggest heading 'Inland' which is within probably the biggest multiplayer map out there currently which I may be completely wrong but like I said I've given simple directions. Whereas you have directed new players inland which is more than useless.

true uts literally the most boring. Depressing route you could take, yet its like the title states the easiest route without having to navigate to the best loot location on the map

You have been a member since 2014, 4 years before the game was ever released on the platform in which this discussion is taking place so any opinion you have on the game in general is quite irrelevant to this thread.

this is information for people struggling to navigate, so in my opinion extremely useful as it is a few simple steps to follow to get to the best loot area In the map... Ofcourse they're are better routes to take for loot but as this post is titled the easiest route to take all you have to do is follow the edge of the map. So like I say and agree with you there is Is far better loot routes out there but this is the easiest to follow without any 3rd party map

your reasoning for wanting another character is completely Reasonable but I believe the majority of players who have multiple characters do so with the intention of avenging their own death and protecting bases so everyone having one character is the way to go
-
I honestly don't believe you have ever played dayz on pc because if you had you would be old enough to spell the word console

your looting the wrong places, there's no advantage to looting a city unless you have just spawned. Spawn in, take ten minutes to walk down the coast collecting a silly amount of food, eat and drink constantly while doing this and don't stop eating until you see the symbol which indicates your going to be sick, then move on to military tents and bases, use the izurvive app to navigate and you will find all the rifles you want.

I understand your frustration guns are supposed to be hard to find which in turn can make player interactions less life threatening, if you want to get a gun and kill people that's a valid playstyle as is every playstyle bar cheating, you might have more fun on pubg
