and why does it say private hive if i could join with my official character

been down the whole day. Does this happen frequently ?

I<ve been playing on NJ 2-13 last night and this morning. I built a base and a car so wanted to stay there. Right now i can<t connect to that server it doesnt show up in official list but in community. Clicking play wont let me connect.
