After studying a map a little more, it turns out I missed both barracks, so I'll definitely be checking those now that I know where they are. :)

I usually use "hide body" to get rid of zombies that I kill in areas that I think will encounter a lot of survivor traffic. I don't like letting people know that I was recently there.

I go on and off of servers quite frequently when first getting on DayZ until I find one with good connectivity and such. I chose number two, mainly for people who log out momentarily in order to avoid dangerous situations. If there could be some sort of log kept for an individual player, that would be nice. Say a player joins a server, the log would record the player joining said server. Then, after the player logged out because a horrible group of zombies/bandits/flaming helicopters started spreading a trail of destruction in their direction, it would say something like "You cannot join this server for X amount of time." This would not affect people like me, who are just trying to find a good server to play on, but will also prevent people from gaining unfair advantages on certain servers.

I never stash gear anywhere, mainly because I don't really stay on any certain server. If there is no room on my person or in my pack, I prioritize my gear and drop anything I may not need in order to pick up the more important item.

Can we loot your corpse afterwards?

I realized the time displayed on DayZ Commander isn't always accurate when I logged into a server said to be around 7:00 pm, and it was the crack of dawn.

Either the zombies, or a group of snipers from outside the town. I think this would just make you and your friends a bunch of big targets.

Some very unfortunate events caused me to die and respawn on the shore near Elektro. As I headed East for no apparent reason, I spotted a boat in the distance. The boat came closer and stopped on the beach in front of me. Two women wielding axes hopped off and approached me. I tried communicating through text, but there was no response. As I turned to leave, I was sniped by someone from further East. As I collapsed, I was hacked apart by the two women until dead. As I thought of what happened, it seemed like someone in the group could have been recording the event (which would explain the long awkward pause we all had as I tried communicating to them). If anyone did record this, I would be very interested in seeing the video please. :)

I really enjoyed having side channel, and muting is exactly what I did with annoying people. But again, this is what I heard.

One of the main reasons (from what I hear) why side channel was removed, was because of "Who's shooting in Cherno?" spam. Or other immature nonsense, but mainly that.

This is the first time I've heard of this "hold the line" situation. It sounds interesting. :)

I don't mind not having vehicles around. I frequent the northern towns, and travel to each on foot. It's nice being stealthy rather than drawing a ton of attention with a car or helicopter. I even have a bunch of routes made up throughout the forests and hills in the north. :) I honestly haven't even been to Cherno or Elektro since I used to spawn with a Makarov.

What if your crippled friend in the shopping cart starts rolling uncrontrollably downhill towards a horde of zombies?

Is there a way to determine if you kill someone in self defense? I once had a guy start shooting his pistol at me, and I killed him. Would that bring down my humanity, or are there exceptions?

Are ghillie and camo suits wearable now? Last time I heard (back in the days when you spawned with a Makarov), you would spawn in the ocean if you logged off with camo on. I haven't worn any of the ghillie suits/ camo I've found because I haven't heard anything different.
