Servers seem to be back online. For now...

I didn't even get an error code. I either crash or the server list is empty. The servers are committing suicide. They cant take the rain.

There is zero population on all servers. It's either an attack or there's something majorly F'd up with their servers.

They either need a bigger development team, or they need to slow down because the last update was too big to be stable. Now they're pushing the PC version. they need to treat both platforms equally and be able to resolve problems in similar time frames.

Servers seem to be downerino. Sadly no one seems to have any real answers but we think they might be back up at server restart (hopefully) or monday at the latest.

Well honestly, "DayZ Developer" Doesn't really sound like a name a real dev would use.

i think its still pretty tame at the moment. it'll get worse tomorrow when people start jonesing for their Dayz fix.

if you seen what happened when they delayed last weeks update then you know what kind of backlash they're going to get for this.

Maybe they shut it down so they could play it themselves Maybe 2 extremely resourceful hackers took over the servers Maybe its just 2 very lucky people they'll be soaking wet and half blind either way

God only knows what's happening on that server.

It would probably help the lag issues. i don't their servers can keep track of all the barrels and bases being moved around in game. Or if anything (considering the despawns) it can definitely use some improvement.

I've now found that if you time out at any point in the construction process or log out before finishing a structure you wont be able to interact with it when you spawn in again. so if you dig a fences poles into the ground, log out and log back in, you cant finish building the fence and you cant destroy it either.

Well. The highest player count in a server right now is about 5 people. I'm still unable to connect. someone should take this to twitter before the dev's get crucified.

Just wanna say i love this game. I bought an Xbox just to play it early. This is everything i can remember at the moment. Aside from the broken shotgun, wall walkers, item crashes and well regular crashes... INVENTORY >while in my inventory I'm unable to use L3 to hide/view the contents of any clothing item. Some bug occasionally hides the contents of my backpack. I then have to take it into my hands to see it's contents. In the inventory this inhibits me from scrolling over the slot the closed backpack is in. if a clothing slot is below it i have to use LT to scroll around it >I've had items disappear from my inventory, Flashlights, Gas mask. This happened while i was messing with the barrels. >When i try to micromanage/move an item between clothing it will put the first item of the receiving container in my hands instead of just moving the first item between piece's of clothing. >I'm unable to place most items from my inventory into containers in my vicinity unless i drop the item and move it while its in the vicinity. >I am unable to drop items from my hands while in the inventory screen. Holding Y places the equipped item in my inventory instead of dropping it on the ground. WORLD >F#$*ING RAIN >Pop in textures, Little bit of lag. Until then it just skips over the item. >I've had a barrel get stuck open, i was unable to pick it up when empty and unable to deposit items into it but i could remove items. the barrel later fixed itself after re logging. >I cannot place items into a barrel unless I navigate the barrel menu with RT. Double pressing LT Fails to transfer the item. On the Dayz xbox server list right now there's a server named "FlexinSpinnerTest" it has a player count of 0 and a player cap of 20. I'm unable to join the server. Doe's anybody know what this is?

They spawn with missing components (As far as i know) Car Battery, Spark Plug, Wheels, Radiator. No one has seen one yet. Or at least no one has shown proof of it. Everyone looking for them should join the same server and comb through the map to find them.

I've been unable to store weapons in a barrel. AKM, M4, Mosin.

UPDATE: It now has a population of 2 players and only shows up when you change your sorting filter.
