Is anyone else having issues with the "misc" and "comms" options on the d-pad, mine aren't working?

Had two occasions where zombies could enter a building with the doors closed, also made a zombie aggravated so I ran away, just for it to "teleport" right next to my character. The other thing was that zombies can attack you even if they are not facing you (start beating a few zombies from behind and many of them can still injure the character even though they aren't facing the character) Also still noticed that I could pick up items that are not displayed in the environment.

Anyone found a way to clear the chamber after gun jam yet? Had my gun jam whilst two zombies rushed my character, the weapon in now unusable, tried spamming the fire & Y buttons, both with magazine in and out, so had to remove the accessories and replace the weapon.

Has a similar issue were I wanted to loot a town for specific items and took the rucksack off by a tree and could't access it at all, so I managed to get my Rucksack with all my loot by cutting the tree down :)

Yeah I have a torch, but I took my rucksack off next to a tree so that I could go loot a small town for specific items but then noticed my rucksack was glitched in the tree branch above and couldn't access it at all, so had to run around in the dark looking for an axe so that I could cut down the tree and get my rucksack back, Once I did that there was a lot of shooting in the town so ran without the torch on to avoid being spotted in the dark, but yeah its quite scary looting a town in the dark and then the shooting starts lol.
