I think he's talking about like today. They haven't posted any updates since the big release, yet all of a sudden today people are finding cars, shotguns not crashing your game anymore, heli crashes are spawning, ect ect. They definitely did some sort of secret hot fix.

There's quite a few things that weren't mentioned in the patch notes that have been added though, so who knows.

The devs say cars are in the game but no one has yet to find one. Also even if they are in the game, there's only the ada 4x4 hatchback as of right now.

They spawn in all military locations. Very rare though, and can sometimes be missed as they like to spawn in very discreet locations.

Basically every single decent sized town has plank piles.

The more and more I look for a car and try and reach out to other people who have, the more I think cars were never added. Has anyone found a car yet and are able to post a screenshot/video? I need some closure, as I feel like I'm wasting my time trying to look for a car. PS this is posted on an XBOX sub-forum so please no screenies/videos from the PC version as I know they are on there.

Well they spawn with a random number of parts. It's possible to find a car 100% built already, but it's very rare. They almost always have at least a couple parts though. Not that it matters as I'm 99.9% sure they're not in the game yet.

See I heard that too, so just to be safe I've been running all around where cars are supposed to spawn, hoping I bump into one... No luck even then. Obviously I could have been missing them, but the car spawn locations usually have like a square/rectangle of grass smoothed out where I'm assuming the car is supposed to spawn as it's exactly where it should be on the map. Either way I think I'm giving up my car search till the devs release some sort of statement clearing up this whole car debate. Tired of wasting countless hours walking, ironically enough, to find something that will make it so I no longer need to walk.... Lol

They spawn in utility and civilian loot spots. As I have found some inside houses, sheds, and apartments. They are very common if you're on a freshly restarted/low pop server. Just loot like how you normally would looking for food/tools and you're bound to come across a couple.

While the servers are pretty much all still pitch black, I suggest running to a mili base, switching to a low pop (5-10 players) and run around all the tents waiting for server hoppers. Most of them pull out a flashlight or glowstick to help them find loot, making them very visible, as they're not expecting anyone there. It's good fun killing them and you sometimes get a hilarious reaction. Had one guy literally scream, begging for his life, telling me how long it's taken him to get all of his loot. Also if you're feeling really ballsy, get a pair of handcuffs and while they're switching out clothing/backpacks or just standing still for a while try and restrain them. They don't ever hear you walk up as the rain is too loud so they would have no idea.

I'm thinking all the new items are causing all the crashes. As when I only have items in my inventory from the last patch I don't crash at all. As soon as I start picking up the new items is when i start to crash more and more, especially when micro managing them. The shotgun is the worst though, as I'm sure you've already seen. The shotgun will crash your game pretty much every time you load it, put it in your hands, or micro manage it into a storage item such as a barrel or tent. I did however notice that while using a ghillie gun wrap on my m4 I didn't seem to crash as long as I didn't have any of the other new items in my inventory. I have yet to obtain enough burlap strips for a full suite so I can't confirm on that. But could definitely be the suite causing your crashes. Who really knows though as this update kinda broke the entire game lol

This is the xbox sub-section. We do not have community hosted servers as of right now. So blame the developers.

Drinking disinfectant spray or gasoline seems to have no effect. Cars are not spawning (until someone can post proof otherwise as me and my buddies have been playing almost non-stop since the update dropped and found none.) Cannot stay warm no matter what you wear. Only way is to sit by a fire. Even when it's not raining. Weird bug when you combine 2 stacks of burlap strips it leaves a separate stack that says (0) and is basically a placeholder as when you combine it or drop it, it disappears (not important) Micro managing lots of the new items causes your game to crash. Scopes still take 10 years to render in whether you're in a big city or not. There's many more I had but can't remember them right now.

I have yet to find one or meet anyone who has found one on xbox. Until someone can post proof (Screenshot, video, anything) I'm starting to come to the conclusion they don't exist as well. Lol

Anyone know if you can find these in military tents or if it's only barracks, control towers, and nato crash sites like the old dayz?

Yeah I just found one as well. I had one before, that I got from stream sniping some dupers. Had no idea they were in the game prior to that and was wondering where I could find them.

Are you guys sure you joined the same server? I had no messaged received while building my base it it was all still there..

Guilles are fully implemented. 4 netting and 10 burlap strips to make a full suit.

Has anyone found any cars yet? If so did it spawn where at a car spawn location or was it random?

Since I started playing like 8 hours ago trying to find a car, I've found a solid 5-10 of them. They mostly spawn in hunting locations. Most of the ones I found were in those little grocery stores that spawn hunting gear. Very nice to have though.

East suppressor has always fit on the skorpion :P also P 07 9 is now CR-75, Four Five is now FX-45, and IZH rifle is now BK-18

Been hopping servers trying to find a daytime one or at least rain free server. Been on over 30-40 server's it's all the same. Starting to get real fucking sick of it.

I've found out that heat effects your stamina and aiming down sights, that is all for now though. Also found a heat pack but it doesn't seem to do anything.
