Yeah, I've seen videos of it, just not appearing for me. I'll file a report for it. Haven't tried it on different servers yet to see if that makes a difference.

No, it takes only one battery. It doesn't work at the moment and I don't believe it's working for Jonas Levin until he posts a screen shot.

Weapon jam is a known issue at the moment, just ditch it.

On this occasion, it was a pistol and it was on target, the bullets created puffs of dust on the door directly behind the zombie as though they were passing straight through. It worked just fine on the next zombie though.

Yeah, i was looting some sheds and a zombie was blocking the door. Tried shooting him with suppressed pistol but the bullets went straight through into the door so had to use a knife to dispatch him.

I don't really see anyway you can stop combat loggers. I wouldn't like to be stuck in a server just because there's a gunfight going on in town. And as for lifetime bans, what if you get disconnected? Lifetime ban?

That's the only place I've found them so far. I'm assuming you can also find them at campsites and picnic areas?

Lol, that's the way, sweet talk the devs! I think I can live without leaning and hold breath until they've got everything running smoothly. Regarding frame rate, i do sometimes get a drop in fps in cities, but not always and not where I would expect to. For instance, I often get a drop coming into the outskirts of cherno, but once I'm in cherno it settles down. You're right though, if you hate the game that much, come back in a year otherwise you're likely to give yourself a hernia

It does, correct, including zombies I believe. Cockerell the other hand make a bloody racket whether you're near one or not because I've watched one with binoculars!

They crow whether you're near one or not. And if they're spawning in on a player, it could be you it's spawning on. I've come across them in woods which they've probably wandered into after spawning on an earlier player. But the crowing doesn't indicate its nearby, anymore than a cow mooing indicates a nearby player.

No, rooster does not indicate presence of a player. They just spawn all over the place.

I've been drinking pond water from a bottle with no ill effects but my mate got ill from drinking directly from a pond. After about half an hour he seemed to get better but when ever he drank anything, even cans, it made him ill again. Got better after another hour or so. Not sure if it's bugged or just a random chance.

Well, I'm assuming it isn't winter in Chernarus as there are leaves on the trees. Based on that, I would assume day should be longer than night. Personally, as much as I like having night in the game, there's only so long I can stare at a black screen. Hopefully when private servers become a thing people will be able to choose as I don't think everyone will ever agree.

I think if be happy with around half an hour total darkness anything longer becomes tedious.

I've discovered a glitch in dayz. If you are looking for a specific item, you will NEVER find it, but if you tell yourself our loud that you're looking for red tracksuit pants, you immediately find what you really wanted! -

Maybe it's just depends on how much stuff has been built on a server. The server I'm on runs super smooth and hoping it stays that way. That's the only reason I can think it would lag more for some than others. I know that my inventory lags a bit when I'm transferring to my tent if there's a lot of gear there.
