What are you talking about force despawning? I don't do any such thing. There's no need. And anything I struggle to find is all the more rewarding when I do find it. Mosins are pretty common and the last camp I went through had four PU scopes in it. What particular items are you struggling to find? For me the most difficult is generally burlap. I got lucky the other day finding two in the same set of garages but normally I can search for hours for burlap. But if you expect to find every every item you want within half an hour of spawning then you really are playing the wrong game. Dude.

Oh well I guess it doesn't pay to server hop then. Might as well stick with one. You do know that loot respawns right? And don't tell me I'm talking nonsense. Join us online and I'll show you how to do it. And we don't rush either, just a leisurely jog around the south cost.

Each to their own I guess. People can play it however they want. Personally I think it was pretty low two guys getting the jump on a solo player building his base. Communication was definitely the route I'd have taken.

I've had a pretty varied experience so far. Generally in military bases it's been hostile and at the airfields, but I've probably had more friendly encounters than hostile.

Its good to have input from the PC community too though, nice to hear some of the ideas and things going on over there. We're all hopefully looking towards the same goal.

Not sure, but handy for identifying friends of you've all got the same colour. Firefights can become confusing!

Something else to consider...you don't even need to leave Cherno to get fully looted. Just a sweep through the cargo containers at the docks can get you a fair amount of gear. There are mill tents up above the factories and plenty of guard houses. If you don't find an assault rifle there, it's a short jog to balota. If you're still unlucky keep going along the coast and there another mil camp in the west and then a big mil base north of that. If you can't find decent loot within three hours of a south coast spawn then your doing something wrong.

Sorry, not bs. I just know where to look. Maybe if you didn't spend so much time server hopping you'd loot more quickly. Oddly, I haven't seen an AK for quite a while. Then I found five in one set of tents. It's the most I've ever seen in one place. Also found two burlap in one set of garages. Normally can't find them for love or money. But don't accuse me off bs mate just because you don't know how to loot effectively. I imagine you were one of the people who complained there's no food and drink anywhere! As Yetibum says, it's meant to be a grind. I've spent days looking for particular things and other stuff you get sick of finding when you don't want it. But it's meant to be hard. That's the challenge. When private servers appear in sure you'll enjoy the pvp servers where you spawn fully geared in an enclosed area and if that's what you enjoy then that's OK, but don't expect the vanilla game to be like that. It isn't sarcasm to suggest games like pubg to you. They will probably give you the formula you're looking for. There are lots of shooters you can play for the quick fix. Hell, I play battlefield fairly regularly, but I play games like dayz and Ark if I want something a bit more involved. If you don't have the patience for it maybe it just isn't for you. But there's no need to hate on other people who do enjoy it for what it is.

Yeah, i really want to play on them but don't see much point at the moment. I think it's safe to assume that it wasn't intentional and hopefully fixed on the next patch.

I thought you stopped playing this game because it was so bad right? And you're wrong about server hopping, I started a fresh spawn two hours ago and am now fully geared with a ghillie hood, m4, etc. It's not hard, you just need to learn the game.

To be fair though, I don't think that it's a common issue. I can't think of any other games where this feature is required?

How does the pvp work on pc, are they private servers with settings to allow for pvp settings?

I think they fixed it so that when you switched to game chat then voip worked, whereas prior to that it was a little unreliable. It certainly works OK for me anyhow, but yes, it would be nice to have it work without switching to game chat.

Sliding down ladders hasn't worked since base build update I believe. You've probably been watching pc players, I think it still works on pc.

Yeah I generally only go into police stations when I'm looking for pistol suppressors.

There is one haircut I like that clips through the cowboy hat making him look like crocodile Dundee! But yeah, suicide is always an option.

I never wear them because of the weight. Like to keep my stamina as high as possible.
