It should automatically load five rounds into the mosin when you hit Y button. At least, it works that way for me now. I love the mosin, so glad it's working properly.

There's a prison island if you didn't know about it, off the south coast. But yeah, maybe a borstal inland, we can lock the server hoppers and dupers in it!

Pubg has a terrible inventory system, we don't really want it for dayz

I find that if I select it again in hotbar it goes back to boot but goes into any other space if I open inventory and press Y to put it away.

It sounds like you're in a hardcore server maybe?

I find that the mosin is less common than when the game first came out. I also find that AK seems to appear less often than the m4 though I recently found four AKs at the tents just north of the dam in the far west edge of the map. I personally would just like military gear to be a little harder to find.

My Base got wiped from our server!!!

What do you mean?are your base walls disappearing when you try to dupe something or are your walls made of duped materials? -
Put one in your hand then select another strip in your inventory with B

Yeah metal silencers can be repaired with duct tape too. I'm assuming you can also use weapon repair kits. I'm pretty sure I have.

I've just started re-watching FrankieonPc dayz series again for about the fifth time and realised how much I miss the zombies from back then. The way they move and sounds they make are kinda derpy but also somehow creepier. The zombies we have now are far less entertaining, but pretty cool how they can climb fences. Which do you prefer?

I'd rather see them adding small amounts at more regular intervals rather than big updates less often. I think adding too much at once is more likely to cause issues and be harder to diagnose. This last update was pretty decent. Fixed some issues that people have been complaining about and added a few interesting things. I still don't know what the ghost icon thing is talking about though. Anyone??

I have only ever buried a stash once. It was a sea chest up at lopatino. I was collecting parts for the car and stashing them in the chest. Went off for an hour and came back and it was gone. Then I sat in the car and died instantly, it was a glitched car! Now I don't bother with stashes, bases or cars. Just roaming the map on shanks pony!

Where? There are already at least six spawn points in cherno, east around the docks and west around the industrial areas. Are you saying there are spawn points further north in the city? -
Yeah, watching someone else dealing with them is one thing, but dealing with them yourself is another matter! Breaking open doors would be pretty cool.

Oh right, I thought you needed space to swap mags. I must be getting confused with swapping items

I'm pretty sure this is how it's always worked. You must have space in order to swap any items.

I'm still unclear what the ghost icon and the other thing are that was added. Anyone figured it out yet? Game seems to be running pretty smoothly, even in cherno. Zombies seem to be behaving themselves too. Able to creep past them but when spotted they don't teleport, which is nice. I've had a couple of game freezes. A couple of times just kicked to dashboard and a few no message received kicks. Generally though it seems pretty stable and I've been playing on medium pop server. Hit reg seems spot on when ads or scope. Tried out some target practice on zombies at around 500-600 meters with mosin and closer range with .45 pistol and M4 with no issues whatsoever, so hopefully so far pretty satisfying update. We'll done to the devs,
