Just started a new character and, whilst a struggle early on game, once you're full it lasts a good while. I had to eat a fair bit to get to that point. At three quarters full I had to eat four beef steaks before I got the full stomach icon. I'd had maybe a couple of cans of food and some fruit before that. Like i say, it takes a while to get full, but once you are you're good to go

Just been playing on experimental and placed a fire with two logs into a large oven on a house. It only burned fire maybe ten seconds, half cooking a chicken breast before going out. Regular campfire in the woods worked OK though. Anyone else come across this issue?

I've found that bad weather has more effect now and you burn calories faster in cold wet weather and at altitude, etc. Warm clothing helps and clothing now has an insulation indicator.

Is this on official or private servers? I feel like I've seen them, but can't be certain so it's possible I haven't! I'm only on official servers currently so if I see any I'll message you. I've found the double wheels on that building site just near Berezino.

Agreed. I tend to avoid private servers completely, purely because they are boosted, easy mode soft play areas. I have found differences in server performance on official and currently play the same server which runs really smoothly. Never had any issues with cars on it and rarely get lag or desync. -
You don't get infected drinking from water pumps. If you picked up a water bottle with water already in it then you'll probably end up with cholera. But if you were coughing you probably have a cold and vitamins cure it. You generally catch cold if you're out in the rain and your temp gauge goes blue for too long.

Sounds like a cold. If you're clothes are wet, get indoors, light a fire and wring your clothes out. Should eventually go away and you can also take vitamin pills. I think maybe tetracycline works too but not 100% sure.

If you're on a community server, it could be that they need to reinstall it. Sometimes new items don't show after an update until this is done (my terminology is probably incorrect, but they need to do something!) Either that, or you're just unlucky so far -

I think if a game caused me that much stress I'd probably just stop playing it. -
More info required. Obviously, you could have been really unlucky and had them stolen. I believe there are also issues where parking them in garages or buildings where loot can spawn causes the car to move on restart and ruining it. Or some such like. Never happened to me and I often park in garages. I normally strip the car down, wheels and all, bury the parts nearby and then lock the garage doors. More recently, I've been parking my cars in amongst the car wreck convoys at checkpoints and haven't had one stolen yet. Works well if the doors are pretty beat up and it looks a wreck.

Lots of survival stuff added such as improvised tents, leather tanning and wind chill. There's a changelog in the pc thread. Not sure if they've added it to the console update thread though -
I only play official servers now and don't seem to get this issue all that often, just now and again and a relog fixes it. Not keen on community servers, all boosted loot with short nights.

Hmm, I'd have to disagree. I've never had to server hop and survival should be a challenge, it's a survival game. There are so many private servers with boosted loot that no one should ever struggle to survive, so new players have that option. It certainly isn't broken.

I agree, every new spawn I've had recently has been a struggle and I've found myself with flashing red food a couple of times but managed to kill a chicken or find something at the eleventh hour. I only play on official servers at the moment as most private servers have boosted loot. I think it would become really boring if food was ready to find, I personally prefer the challenge.

Without the aid of GPS to get precise coords, you can, as Yeti suggests, use the app to mark a location. Obviously if you're burying a stash you will need to have some sort of landmark or reference point to be able to find it again. I used to put barrels and chests in rivers or lakes so that I didn't need to carry a shovel. Burying also leaves a mark on the ground which someone could easily spot so water is a good option. Edit... I don't bury stuff anymore anyway now. I tend to play a life is a life. I don't believe in reincarnation and going back to find my old loot! Edit... @TheYetiBum,are you still playing? I remember way back watching some of your streams

Unless you shut down your xbox fully, you need to restart the game. I have my xbox set to always on because I'm impatient and I have to restart the game whenever I go back to it.
