Something I'd like to see added. Useful for navigation during the day, useful to know how much night left, etc.

@Riddick_2KI don't know what all the fuss is about. Food is scarce, as it should be. But I haven't died of starvation for as long as I can remember, there are so many sources of food...infected, greenhouses, rowing boats, wildlife, fruit trees, fishing, or grow your own. I only play on official servers but if you really are struggling, just join one of the myriad private servers with ten million times boosted loot
-
Food really isn't an issue. You just need to learn the game. But if you're impatient, it probably isn't the game for you.
-
Strange place to ask, but... Attach the HDMI cable from your console to the TV. If you're not sure how to do that then you probably need to ask your parents.
-
You can select snippets of quotes rather than the entire bulk text.

Possibly quicker. A streamer I sometimes watch mentioned it. When I was playing today I had a pair of wellies that maybe wore down a bit quicker but couldn't say for sure. I'm not even sure what fixes wellies anymore, duct tape?
-
They're pretty slow. At least, the fastest I could get it going was 42kph. They're also tough though. I desynced going through a military checkpoint and it got stuck on the concrete barriers. I wriggled it about a bit, flipped over, flipped back and carried on driving with no damage. It's possible I got lucky, but after a few prangs I'd say they're pretty resilient, though still prone to lag.
-
Yeah, I've had a couple. They're great, like tanks
-
Clothing is the only thing I've used it for recently. But yes, it is definitely limited.
-
Just to be clear, you did wash your hands after handling the raw meat, right?
-
When you say 'ages ago' when do you mean? The issue I'm talking about is unique to 1.10. There have been inventory bugs previously, but this is a slightly different issue which was introduced in the last update.
-
On official servers... Had this issue a couple of times now. Can't put items back in inventory or put items in hand. I can select weapons using quick wheel and put them back using same, but not any other item. Logging does not always fix this either.
-
Not sure about that, but finding plenty on official servers.
-
Well, it'll give you a random spawn but you might get lucky, or server hop till you get a spawn nearby. Where are you stuck?
-
Change server
-
Are rabbits a thing now? Just updated izurvive and it has rabbit spawn locations. Is this just pc or console too?
-
They are there, but to be honest I've not needed them. I seem to find knives all over the place now. I remember a few updates back, knives were as rare as hens teeth.
-
I find fruit all over, though usually not in great condition. Also finding stones on paths and train tracks since the update.
-
Whatever translator you're using is atrocious. That aside, one of your first posts talks about blood types in community servers. Back to the main point that you seem to be struggling with, food is not going down faster that it should/was. If anything, it should be harder, not easier.
-
At the risk of being pedantic, you never mention anywhere about playing on official servers, but you do talk about private servers quite a lot. It's therefore logical to assume you play on private servers. I'm having no difficulties whatsoever finding food on official servers and maintaining a well nourished character. My main issue currently is trying to find somewhere to hide my truck.
-
Found the battery earlier. Got really lucky and found a truck just missing battery and fuel and then found both five minutes later. It's a derpy looking truck though. I think a building of some sort has glitched into it so I'm driving around with this weird looking paneling glitched through the wheels and canopy! I can only get a max speed of 42kph though. Is that normal or due to the fact I'm driving with a shed attached? Gotta say though, it's like a tank. Drove into a road block, glitched, rolled, then carried on. Crashed twice, no problem. Got used as target practice driving through solnichy (ah, salad days) and drove off into the sunset.
-
I don't think you mentioned what sort of servers you play on, but yeah, most community servers leave me feeling underwhelmed. I did enjoy playing on Don Sibleys 'try to survive' server with loot reduced by around five times. Savagely hard but incredibly rewarding when you actually survive more than your first night.
-
Personally I find community servers very dull. Too easy. Boosted loot, short nights, etc. I dislike official servers in that it's too bright at night though. It's supposed to be a survival game primarily. If you make the survival elements too easy they just become a pointless decoration rather than a driving force within the game. If you're struggling to find food though, join one of the hundreds of boosted loot community servers, problem solved.
-
Yep, it's still tough when starting out and easy once established. The new survival mechanics add a nice touch and choice of clothing is so important. At is using fire to warm up and dry clothing. I find food rarely and hunt /fish to survive.
