Thanks for the help everyone my hydration bar is glitched and it doesn’t tell me when I’m thirsty so I just drink periodically and I seem to be doing fine with this method

Health will just go down out of no where. And I try bandaging and eating the whole 9 yards and I can’t bring it back. I eventually die has happened 3 times today. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
