My only solution would be to learn what cause the bugs and glitches and do your best to avoid them. Example: You know how you get items stuck in barrels, tents, etc? Besides server desync, it's from swapping an item in your hand to an item in a barrel, tent, etc. Drag and drop. Do not swap. You see desync? Stop and re-log. I've had a PS since they released. Never died to a bug or glitch. It's always been by lag while driving or getting two tapped to unconsciousness by an infected. Glad they fixed that last one. Jus saying... Most of the bugs can be avoided if you know how. Learn from your experiences.

Only lag I get from either consoles. OG and X is when I get close to player built bases or heavily condensed buildings like in Cherno, etc. Player built bases are the worse tho. Especially if there's a ton of barrels and crates laying around.

Once you're semi geared, has a water container, rags, and tetracycline the game returns to easy mode. Quick slot the tetracycline and rags and you're good to go. Getting swarmed? Climb onto something and it's headshots for dayz. Don't want to get food poisoning? Easy. Don't eat meat at all and or fruit that's not pristine off the ground. Inb4 you can't bandage while being attacked. Don't put yourself in that situation in the first place. I notice people tend to die in this game from two things. Bohemia shit development and their own actions. Or a combination of both. I don't think I've ever been killed by pve in this game lol.
