Great? It drives you fucking crazy. You character cough and sneezes every 30 sec. Loud. So good luck going anywhere and finding a friend to play with. Took me around 8-10 hours of real game time to get rid off it. Not great at all..

They do, me and 7 of my mates took this weekend to split up on servers (EU, NA) and looked in tisy, zelenogorsk, kabamino, stary sobor, pavlovo, NWAF.. Nothing. Not a single AKM, M4 or ballistic vest. 2 of us were even carrying AKM and I had an M4. Guess what was spawing everywhere... KS 59 rifle and a shit load of buttstocks and wooden handguards. Roughly 40-50 servers and on all locations mentioned above. Took the entire weekend. We did find 3 ump smg's.

Real hoarders and dupers. No AR anywhere to be seen lol. It's been like 2 weeks since launch.

The graphics, rendering, frame freezing and texture loading are horrible on my pro compared to my X. I got grey blocks of houses in cities. It's like 4 patches back on the X. Cities are unlplayable on ps4. Duping and hoarding has already begun. This weekend me and 7 of my mates split up on different servers and looked for ak, m4 and ballistic vest. Nowhere to be found... Tisy, zelenogorsk, kabamino, stary sobor, NWAF.... Nothing. And the lightning part... You mentioned you ran in the forest. Shadows from trees and hills make it dark, if the sun is behind a hill it's darker. Otherwise it's your tv and dynamic contrast.

Add gas mask aswell then... Try sprinting in sunshine, with a huge backpack, clothes, vest and rifle in hand and still be able to get the amount of oxygen to your lunges. How about poop? Peeing? Sleeping? Washing clothes? Toothbrush?.... Either it's a GAME on a console... Or it's a real life simulator.

I bought black ops 4 on xbox and played it for 20 minutes (curious about their BR), called xbox next day and told it like it was... A shitty horrible game and I wanted a refund. No problems.. Had my money on my account 2 days later. With next gen i hope EVERY damn game has 1 hour trial / unlock full game payment after 1 hour. With some many rushed games, empty promises and lies, bugs, crashes etc. It's time for the developers /puplishers to back their promises or see refund by thousands.

We been asking for locked servers for months or somekind of fix for all the dissapearing loot. Hoarders and dupers on xbox have made it so no AR weapons or ballistic vests can be found. The server limit makes it so that new ones can't respawn unless an AR despawn. PS4 is soon there, 2 weeks in and you can't find AR or vests. We (8 of us) been looking on several servers individual and on all major loot locations (tisy, NWAF, kabamino, pavlovo, zelenogorsk). It's because players take 6-7 of them and stash them in camps OR duplicate them so they got 50 AK rifles fully geared.

It's sad that it's shoot first, ask questions later. I take turns on ps4/xbox and on ps4 the KOS is not as bad... Yet, but i never let anyone close. Had one guy following a few of us today. I turned around and fired off a few rounds around him. He turned around and ran. Have only killed one so far on ps4. I don’t like it either.

The more I think about, the better. Having persistance OFF show up during a weekend every month could work as a monthly happening / challenge.

Would it be possible to lock every item to a ON server, meaning anything you try to take out from the server gets stuck and respawn when the player exit. Then have a week or two with persistance OFF servers that you can carry over with you to your ON server. That way all ON servers will always have the right amount of items + what people bring on the server from an OFF. In my mind it sounds like the best idea ever and would stop items from leaving the servers that we actually live and build on. Better to have a bit more of the same than nothing.

Nope, the devs never share things like that. But a friend died and I took off his backpack, weapon and vest and put it on the floor just before the server restarted. Back in and the body was gone but his stuff on the floor was still there. I logged off and he joined the server and ran to the location (an hour-ish later) and his stuff was still there. I would guess something like this: Body and everything attach to it = despawn if someone leave the area or server restart Items on the ground = 24 hours before despawning to correct location Buried stuff = 40 days until despawn Placeable/constructed things = never despawn Just guesses.
