    Reconsider console choices Devs

Yeah I understand that I'm just one tree in the woods here still for B.I. it's going to boil down to what makes the most profit is what makes the most sense so maybe they'll at least give us some official word here as to what their console plans are.. I can still find Xbox One Dayz release dates ranging from 2015-2016 and word of a closed console version but nothing recent. It's definetly a precarious position they've gotten themselves into maybe their developing for both current gen and next gen consoles I don't know I do know however that if they are planning for a early release for Xbox 2 they should of started last year.. Additonally my personal belief is that Dayz lags behind in development because they can't come to an agreement on how to monetize it and no one wants to publish a poor seller so they basically put it ''in the pile'' and spent time instead on ARMA 3. ARMA's great but console users are experiencing Call of Duty 15, Grand Theft Auto 5, Battlefield ''One'' fatigue. You have a new experience that could sell 15 million+ total copies and create a gaming ''buzz'' if you'd just listen to the community, develop/fix the game in a timely manner and get a good source of direction.
  2. Your not done developing the game yet and I think you've only just begun to start or begin to start work on Dayz for the PS4 and Xbox One.. Consider this free advice carefully - The Xbox Two or Xbox One X,Scorpio or whatever they decide to call it is going to be released november 2017, the PS5 likely within a year of that. By the time you release this game to PS4/Xbox 1 the Xbox 2 will already be out if not the PS5 you lose out on all the potential sales that you could of gotten from being a hyped new gen release and you lose out on a lot of future sales. Develop PC/Xbox 2 Dayz quick in unison and you might even get free advertising from Microsoft if you can set a record breaking pace as they'll be needing new games to promote their new console and you won't have to work as hard optimizing and cutting back the current game engine to work on now dated console hardware which should have the added bonus of improving the PC version at the same time. You'd have to deploy all your ARMA devs on this but as far as I know ARMA 3 is near completed as it is and you haven't any other major projects you could achieve this if you focus all your efforts solely into DayZ which still has yet to be experienced by console players.. Play your cards right? Or just hire me as project adviser haha ..I posted this in PC general discussion because this is clearly were most the users frequent-not to be disrespectful or stupd and here's a glimpse of the Xbox 2's specs
