    Can I Run DayZ Retail (POST HERE)

    Hello. Recently discovered Dayz Standalone via a Youtube channel. Interested in playing but not sure what to do with current PC. Seems to meet all specs but Graphics (internal Intel). It's a Lenovo Desktop PC K410 that I bought in 02/2014. I'm not a PC expert, but here's a link to Newegg's site where I purchased it (for the specs). What would be the best card to put into this for running DayZ well without breaking the bank? Thank you for your expertise.
