My problem is done)

I have Gtx 690 and at first the game did not load two GPUs by 100% (1 gpu - 70%, 2 gpu - 5%). After reading the article reddit I used Nvidia inspector and the game began to use two GPUs for a maximum (1 gpu - 70%,2 gpu - 70%). But if at high-maximum settings I had 70+ fps, then with the use of Sli GPU I became 40-50 fps. As a result, 1 chip of FPS is higher than when using sli chip. How to fix it? (My PC: Xeon 1230v3 / GTX 690 / 1600mhz ddr3 16gb kingston fury/ ssd120)
