I haven't died to zombies since .57 or .58

Where did you see that? I know a couple patches ago they were doing that. i've had barrels this patch i havnt touched for 8 days and they are good.

OP is right stick is way over powered

I'm about 100% sure that the persistence with barrels and tents are like they were in .60 which means the barrels and tents stay fro months. I've had barrels since .61 came out and they haven't re-spawned. myself and one of my friends had a problem in .60 with persistent files being corrupted, so we had fragnet backup the files and everything came back.

That would be very cool. I'm sure everyone would love that!

I thought i did see a status report a while ago about this too, but i guess it never fell through. Do yourself a favor and use barrels :D

Seems like you're kind of new and you should find some experienced people to play with, and it's more fun that way. I've taken new players under my wing many times and before they played with me and my friends they hated the game, shit i hated the game when i first bought it back in .54 You need to find a stone knife like the people above mentioned to cut up rags if zombies are giving you that much of a problem. I know i have a lot of experience in the game, but zombies aren't really much of a problem STILL in this games current state. Zombies are only a real problem when you are getting into a gun fight then they come swarming you from all directions, but that's good, it's a zombie game. I lock zombies in houses when they chase me, or hit them with an axe or my fist, they are weak.

Do you think the graphical fixes like the forest and new textures are going to be harder on some video cards and/or systems?

There is always a new story to be told once you start looting up and meet people. This game reminds me so much of the walking dead, people come and go and the story goes on. People keep watching the walking dead right? I love this game for the adrenaline rush of the PVP and player interactions, and even with all the hours i do have in this game, i'll still always love it no matter how many hours i plug into it. If you don't play it for that at this point in the game, you might get bored.

It's Dayz. You cna play how you want, bandit, hero, hunter. I help a lot of players too, but sometimes i have my days. When i do get treated like crap from another bandit i like it, it's kind of funny.

Hopefully you put them in a decent spot on a decent server, but even then, people will always come across it. I can't wait until they have the option to bury your stash. I just use barrels now, i scatter tons of barrels across the map filled with gear.

If it was me and my friends i would ask you how long you've been playing Dayz after you were tied up and if you said you were "new" i would have put a bullet in your head and said "welcome to dayz" :] Too bad now you can't hear voice when your dead, i miss those dayz..

I miss my Bananas too. You find hunting scopes by searching houses. They have been spawning on guns since .60

Been a bug for ages.

Zombies are stronger which is a good thing, and they are all over the map. I've never been attacked by wolves, but the whole idea is pretty cool. I don't mind the new spawns, even though it does get a little boring going hours without any interaction, just searching for scraps in camps. Overall this patch is the most broken one ever released to stable. Between getting stuck in door ways, pulling your gun out and getting jerked all over the place, frame drops, stuttering, game crashes, graphic glitches, at times i can't put my gun away during PVP due to player lag, players dying in 15 minutes after it rains(which doesn't make any sense), status indicators are broken, zombies hit you without swinging, some sounds are too low, no vehicles, ect.. I like the patch in a sense, but holy shit, so much shit is not working properly. I thought after 6 months working on a patch we would get something decent here.

Well, i've never met anyone or a group for that matter that just goes around hunting. That would be really boring after a while lol for each his own.

Anti biotics don't do anything for you neither do vitamins. If you're sick, throw up a couple times and pop some charcoal tabs.

It's not meant to be a PVP game. That's all people do because that's all there is to do. Personally i think that the hardcore PVP in Dayz is my favorite part of it though. I hope they do fix these bugs before the next patch; The players against buildings bouncing around, getting stuck inside doors. Zombies hitting you without swinging. The status bar gets stuck and now you stay energized and hydrated for way too long, .60 it was perfect.. there's still too much food in the game to be having it decline that slowly.

Reload button hasn't worked for a while. I just go in my inventory or put them in my hotbar to load my weapons. The spray paint bug has been around for a couple patches also.
