You know how to read right? lol So, devs confirmed that an expansion would be possible to create, but that it would be a lot of work. At the same time they added that they're not willing to work on it for X reason (probably they already have a lot of work with the current map lol). ps. i think ill create another thread with all of the ideas so far in this topic.

as far as i know it was just implemented like imput delay, no animations or physics and people just thought that it was dumb that way

I'm pretty much tired of always using external software/programs/youtube videos to play the old OST when in-game. Could you guys please add a game folder where we could drop our sound files (wav,mp3,m4a,etc)? Also would like a way to put a song for when I log in into a server :3

Totally aggree with that, but I also believe that music is a very powerful immersion tool, and having an intro theme that cuts out all your links to the real world, and just dumps you into a post apocalyptic scenario is vital to "disconnect" yourself from your surroundings and enjoy the in-game sounds/atmosphere. I also always play with the mod OST with barely noticeable volume, just to have the low freq sounds adding some fear, and experience an uncomfortable atmosphere while i'm playing.

I've been playing in RP/Semi-RP servers with an imaginary infection lately that has the following rules: Infection spreads via AIR. When I'm in towns or densely affected by infected places I always wear a gas mask or some other kind of protection to avoid contagion. Infection spreads via CONTACT also. If I get hit by infected without open wounds (bleeding) I alway have to use alcohol in my wounds to remove any possibility of contagion. Infection kills in 1 hour without proper treatment. If I get an open wound I have to clean wound, apply disinfectant or alcohol to bandage. Epinephrine delays infection for 2 hours. I always carry with me some sticks in case I get hit by an infected. Injection Viale is the only cure for the infection. This is my end game if I get infected. This way I have to avoid contact with infected and move very carefully among them, also I always try to visit hospitals in towns to get "the cure", and have cool interactions based on all of this (like for example taking a hostage that was infected by a zombie for a trip searching for a cure, and executing him because we didn't managed to find any XD)

I would be all-in for this. The problem with Brazilian servers is not only the language barrier (as OP stated, only Brazil people speak Portuguese in SA), but also that Brazil has a separate optic fiber network that connects directly to EU and US, while the rest of the continent routes through US. This makes BR servers have the same ping as EU servers, since it's almost the same distance (in optic fiber): Rest of South America - US - Brazil. PS. I would suggest Chile, Argentina or Colombia as the server locations. Avoid Peru at all costs, they have the worst gaming community in this continent due to the mass internet access their street kids have to games, so you have there a clusterfuck of childish behavior, illiteracy, shared steam accounts (50 people can play from the same account), cheating and toxicity.

People should have the right to see their asses. I would just get rid with the exploit problem making people unable to see other players in 3pp that wouldn't be visible in 1pp.

Thanks for the opportunity! Will we have in the game an advanced particle animation for blood, bullet impact and damage caused by meelee weapons? (cuts, holes, etc, you know the "gory" things) -
I haven't managed to find any "official" info regarding the gamma issue so far. There's a lot of info around, some potential solutions (one was already taken by Rust), but no statements coming from the devs regarding if they even see this as an exploit or as a "feature" of the game lol. Is there a remote chance to get an inside opinion on this matter? :) Because you guys are making a great job with the lighting to just throw it to the bin :/ Thanks in advance!

The stone stove. There was a patch when they where persistent for days, then this was removed, so there was barely any use for them since one had to search for big stones everytime one wanted to make a fire in ones camp :(

Well, I tried to navigate with stars once, they lead me in circles till I noticed that the nightsky moves way too fast and it's not of much use..... And still, there isn't any comment from the devs regarding this issue. Not even a "yeah dude we know, and will fix it later, we're in alpha, relax" -.- -
Was it persistence fixed? I'm afraid of taking all the work to make one and lose it after half an hour :/

If a good solution is implemented (a nice shader that makes every texture without light black), there´s no 3rd party tool that can help -

Totally agree with it. There is a big clusterfuck with the bugs and other issues that are being steadly (and quite quickly as for the last month) fixed. The difference is that some things are mentioned and commented in status reports, forums, etc. But the gamma thing wasn't mentioned at all, so there's nothing that could signal about how the devs are seeing this (if they see it as a problem and will fix it in the future, or just leave it as it is, etc). It would make a great difference to have Brian or Peter mention here or in the status reports that "Yeah guys, we are well aware of the unimerssive experience that players have to face during nighttime, but for now we have to give priority to more urgent matters. Have patience, it will all fit together at the end ;)" :D -
Why devs haven't commented a thing about this? :/ Or you guys have a possible solution and just don't want hackers to start thinking how to break it before it's even implemented? :P

You didn't understood me. Trash items would be only rendered in the client side. Each player would see their own "garbage" lying around (in their individual effective range), since it wouldn't have any practical use, they wouldn't need to be in the CLE. So basically it would be 1 player running around cherno with different garbage around a lets say 50m radius.
