    Ok, I agree, a noisy, crisp radio can create atmosphere. What kind of vehicles? V3S rather only talk radio. Lada? Sedan only music radio. Bus music / talk radio. Ok, there are even more vehicles, maybe I see this too narrow and stubborn.

    This is indeed a very good point. I had to sharpen my Badly Damaged Axe today with a stone. I could sharpen them "only" on damaged. Better would be if I could go by experience on worn or even on pristine. So instead of time reduction, quality improvement or efficiency improvement. As with the skinny of animals ... with increasing experience more meat / bones / lard. This would be a real boost to boost something, and would make your opponent perhaps more valuable, because what if your opponent has the ability to repair your damaged shoes right up to pristine?

    I think the Devs know for themselves that it is very difficult to make a system that, on the one hand, the interaction with the world, the objects, the players rewarded. On the other hand they want to prevent it from mutating into stupid "grinding" actions. It may even be thought of by the Devs that we are thinking about, we are many heads that think the Devs do not see anything the way we see it. I mean, maybe it's just our ideas that lead the Devs in the direction they've overlooked so far. The whole has now brought me to a completely new idea. Hiden crossed learning. I mean an activity which one makes, improves in the background a completely different but which is relatively logical in relation to it. I try to explain my reason, sry as for my english as swiss-mate. -When I sew, I make a fine work. But it does not have to mean now that I will always better with sewing, no maybe ** it helps me with the fishing or the disassembled of a chicken. -I'm hacking wood, that is, learning to hit with an ax, but it can make me feel better with a hammer, or I can better a beast with the meat chop. Archery or Quiet looking with the binoculars brings me perhaps ** points while quietly aiming with a scoped weapon. What I want to point out is: what you are doing will improve something else, therefore the **, it does not necessarily always have to be the same. The aim is to improve what is the similar work. But you will not be able to specifically improve a certain thing. If this system is designed to change it from week to week, then a senseless testing of the skill mechanics brings nothing ... what is today will be different in a few days. This would promote the value of the long life, and I also think of interactions, because you might want to know what the other player can do or what he can not do well.

    It is simply a matter of balance. The feature has just been reintroduced and may not yet react with all parameters. The Devs have simply taken a number and used the.     Quests do not make sense in my eyes in DayZ. Why ? Firstly, a quest must be realistic, with the actual char. Secondly, what is at the conclusion of the quest ... it needs a reward with it at all who takes a quest .... if I think so times .... a quest: survive 50 hours without an apple or berry to eat --- > Reward at every try an apple or berry to seek a success. Sounds nice, but just so stupid. I think this is never going to happen as what good, because the game from the goal of survival. Perhaps there will be times mods enter the quests, but in the pure version better not.

    Driving vicious things does nothing. That with the mushrooms, cigarettes, hemp, will be a stone of the impulse. I guess it is something that needs to be clarified. I can only imagine that these things come into play when there is a game-related relevance, for example as a means against illness (uncomfortable, stress, convulsions, poisoning or other negative status influences.) Some private servers have their own forum or website where rules or regulations are included. Most reputable private servers rely on WL, servers with password are usually Clanserver. There are also a few open private servers. With WL Server you have to register in a forum or group.

    Very good description with which they are right. I play almost 99% only on private WL .... 1% public to see it is still crap, or to test things where life is not valuable.

    These moments of such meetings with other players. It is unbelievable how high the tension and adrenaline can be. It is absolutely not to compare as a "low-Bob-KoS" death. After such encounters: high pulse, wet hands that the mouse can hardly move properly ... sweat beads on the forehead ^ ^. 2 such encounters were the reason why I then look for Roleplay server. Unfortunately, such encounters on public are much too rare .... for me, the worst way to die is through KOS, an attack at which you die at the end of the day is something totally different from the experience.

    The danger that I see in the rough / fine system is like with classic MMO's the wrong decisions in the "skill-tree". This will make the first valuable char into garbage. The difficulty will be to create a system that makes life worthwhile. In my opinion, a soft-skill-system makes sense.

    Let's talk about Learning

    Mechanics (related to the character) from a book to learn makes absolutely no sense in a game where one begins after death at zero. Only where I would see a meaning would be if you have a spawn at the coast a book in inventory that has a tutorial or the most important basics. Everything else is something senseless, especially since the whole Softskillsystem probably synonymous much to talk about, meaning and purpose.

    For experienced players, it is easy. Is like living in real life, when you have learned something is the thing for a very simple. For a new player, the thing looks a bit different .... you do not know there are apple trees? You do not know how to make fire?     Good point of criticism. I also hope that when this coarse / fine system comes this is divided into different action groups. So whoever chops wood with an ax does not affect the sewing it. If you chop wood with an ax strengthens the coarse and will have more effort with the knife arrows to carve. When sewing I think rather the leather tanning and leather dresses in the part the rough is in contrast to the textile sewing / patching (fine). If it happens to be grouped then it looks something different.

    Chernogorsk loot spawns.

    Open your eyes and look to Chernogorsk. The Centre of Town have Red-Zone (3 or 4) Spwan... one circle around the Centre have Lightgreen-Zone (2) and the rest of Town is in Green-Zone (1). I don't now is the spawning look like the Zonemap, its possible that now another Zonepic.

    Two Questions Regarding Stable .61

    Go to your computer and surf to the root of steam/steamapps/dayz there search the dayz64.exe and rightclick --> make shortcut ---> this snip out and insert at your desk ^^ . My system then says: steam must by startet...click out, and dayz starting (steam included). Edit: By my work this shortcut only at the first 2 runs....now its start dayz at 32 with this shortcut :( Search a another solution ....or via Steam.

    Happy Anniversary DayZ!

    @ElPezo Sometimes there are things that change. We do not know how DayZ SA would look like the old plans. The new forest to come in 0.62 was certainly never planned .... and this new forest will change a lot, seek and hide ^^.
