OK. Lets brainstorming. I think there is a variable on the character itself which is considered a chance / multiplier. If one is healthy, then this variable is deeper. The second variable is contained in the action / item / raw (water of pond). Both variables are then simply linked. So I see it in any case. The variable that is on the character is perhaps only the multiplier, the value on the item's% chance. The best value on char can be 0.5 (1.0 ?? / 0.1 ??) .. with a contaminated cantine with 100% the chance is then 50%. But these are all just conjectures. I have once seen in the deep of the internet a graphic with the% of cholera by Ponds .... unfortunately I can not find any more, is long ago and can not say whether it was about DayZ SA or DayZ mod. -

There are probably 2 different triggers. The one is the% chance of ponds and co. to get. The relative chance for the disease depends on the state of the character. Healthy = small chance to get sick / wounded or bad conditions = high probability. The other is the consumption from contaminated containers, there is simply a general chance on the item to transfer the disease, without considering the condition of the chars. I have already got a cholera, and this could only come from a Cantine. My char was in all status in light green. Which was in 0.56 or 0.57..... 5 ingame houres... life at the pump then die .. no blood. -
A general risk of contagion of some diseases should already be in play. Just because of the consideration of the loot from a dead body easy to take, or be aware that the objects could be contaminated and thus endanger their own life (or that of the group). The infection by the Zeds would be one of the worst things to cure. (So far we loot the Zeds without a thought of wasting danger.) Therefore, I find the principle idea of the OP well.

Because I give you right, it's really Stupid to wait longer for anything. What the Devs mentioned was what still comes everything, I believe that will also be in the game. Influence on how fast this will go depends then maybe also a bit of us, since I mean I as well and qualitatively the people the features test and reporting in the Exp branch. To get excited, the whole does not continue, I too would have liked a faster progress. I think the developers already know the modding much of "Vanilla" core can destroy. It is therefore in the hands of the devs how far modding the balance of the "ur-thoughts" can change, or even destroy. The Enforce is a new dynamically designed game engine, which is not only to be used for DayZ. That is what is not possible in DayZ in things modding does not have to apply for other titles. Since the start of DayZ many Survival games have come onto the market, most of them also in EA, all want a part of the cake, and yet they have all the finished license engines on board and try to make the best. In this regard, BI has taken a courageous step to design something new. So many survival titles are also available, graphically and soundly better than DayZ, but with all these titles the salt of the real survival is missing, and this is because the games build on an engine that was not explicitly created for that. For BI, the step they made with Enforce was a daring horse ... time as the biggest competitor, but it will be worth it. Love it, change it, or leave it. BI have "change it" the hard way for back to real Love it. ^^ Respect Guys ^^

Beta means the DayZ has finalized the final core program and is implemented. It means that starting from the time with the installation of all feature can be started. Yes, the Chernarus map is a realy detailed Landscape. The uniquely unofficial detailed map for Arma based title with postapokalypical flair was the map "Bamburgh" of the mod 2017 ... damn much work (~2 years) ... unfortunately she was given up ... my heart bleeds. If Sumrak has no more work, then he should try to continue.

this is true. The new playercontroller is also a very large part in the game engine, therefore also somewhat understandable that much is totally buggy or badly works. We hope that the Devs the controller as soon as possible, even if only as a first basic system. Until then, we're gonna wait for a gameplay, even if the graphics and sound engine always get a small update.

Experimental servers are mostly with bad pings and connections. Only so can really a good stress test be made. Just search another Exp server .. even if the pings are bad.

With so much new railroad things .... I am slowly missing some passenger trains, so walkable wagons. The civilian stops without a single passenger train seems very funny .... or even a small tunnel or gallery in the rock area.

I think "map wipe" every 6hr. Here its make not sense to make hidden stores. Save are only all on Char. -

No its not correct. I have read my first Book in 0.60 and any books are readable. In 0.61 never testing. Before and after 0.60 books are for my only to blank pages or fireplaces ^^

good idea. But! I see there only one sense behind when: a) the sleeping bag max 6slots in the inventory needs and also as a container can be used in the backpack. B) not to sleep but rather to 1) to heat faster and to heal faster (blut / healty / bonesystem). (C) to reduce the effects of disease. (Not healing but relief). With the fact that one with C) an otion has to wait for help in case of illness or injury the screen should not be black. Wait a little longer. The mechanics are not where they will be. What do they think why there are vitamin pills? Valium and vielleivht later mushrooms and hemp. I think against beta this will come, they will probably no longer create on full healty only with apples, you will need balanced bahring around the max. to reach. I still expect some surprises, as if they dress themselves completely ruined, take one or the other drug and move illogically for infected invisible.

I suspect by means of diversions tests and views of a private server that the CLE knows all the objects and stores. What I mean is all that is on the server, and it does not matter whether these are now lying on a spawn or stored in a container belong to the Loottable default. This is also stored on the Hive server. Everything a player carries is away from the server and belongs to the Char, which is also stored separately on the Char-hive. I'm a bit irritated about the new HUD. Must it really show me how loud I am? Or how well I might see an infectet? Can not you imagine that? Clothing which has eye-catching colors looks everyone better. The harder and more massive shoes are the louder they are. If you carry a lot of things, they will move louder. Does the game really need a pointer to help those who do not know what real works? This message about the HUD makes me somewhat disappointed.

The developers have done the right thing. The infected ones are gorgeous, real sneak, cautious, and you can smell their breath without noticing them. Dayz goes away from CoD ... behave like a real assasin and you will win or run as before and you will die. I love it.

I do not understand people who say they can die of zombies in a zombie apocalypse. Which is almost the same as being shot in Battlefield. Simply incomprehensible ..... that is terrible.

The player controller will definitely be one of the last big! major milestones. But I think they will do exactly the same as with the new renderer and the audio system, so step by step. Therefore, with the introduction, a great mountain of new content will not be introduced until the base of the system functions properly. The renderer and the audio system are not yet on their final stand. So do not wait for the big hype, the more likely to be expected with the beta itself.

Where is there the adrenaline .... if you have done it just before death to survive? I get a lot of salt from the game. Never is the fight higher than the beginning. Later, it is just the fear of losing the gear.
