The whole west is still a big construction site. just because there are still some faulty places to implement a function that does not solve the actual problem is not so good. There are other places than the west where some hidden "jump springs" are for vehicles, but they will only be fixed with the beta. Until then, it is simply the small invisible stone monsters who take us the driving fun.

let us surprise. My distrust comes from experience. I followed the course of Arma3 Exile and hoped for a great experience, there were some things that really convinced me (vehicles / contaminated zones / underground structures and also infected). But the big wow Feeling in regard to DayZ was missing. Then another hopeful of an Arma3 mod (2017Mod with the map Bamburgh) an interesting idea that was unfortunately set for various reasons. But as already said: we look forward and let come what comes.

ok people I am very skeptical about modding. Why ? because I know where it leads. But on the other hand, I feel the DayZ Vanilla will not be quite what I imagine. Why ? it must and should offer for a wide experienced and also totally inexperienced players a fun. That means the "difficulty level" will be found at moderate. This means for me to hope for a mod that calls itself "Nightmare DayZ" or so. So I have to give the modding thing a chance. Sure, there will be "Hight Loot on Coast" .. as in the beginning .. but why not?

whether that comes or not at BI. as far as I know is not the business policy the BI pursued ... they are more on DLC's and Modding out. To the end I can say: if it comes I will never use it or avoid such places and servers. Just my attitude and opinion..sry. -
Wait on 0.63 Here are a new slotsystem ( the inventory items have more slot, in the same rule, the items need new more or less slots) Possible to stack more arrows, or a quiver find the way in the game...as item or with crafting.

You can in ingame settings change the sensitive from mouse x/y or direct in the .cfg file.

"Microtransactions" ? No. There are enough games in the world after the purchase is still money in the game. If I want to spend money, just for FUN then I make the IRL. when it comes to money in a game it is no longer a game for me but a money-making leisure activity .. or the urge for glory and honor with money. Therefore: There are enough games where this is possible, so there is no need to be mass-effective in DayZ. if I spend money in DayZ (which I also do) then only: Server and Communitiy support. -

@philbur i accept your "critic" over destroying. The videos were only meant to show that the Devs can add objects to the map that respond to "Physical Influence". A wall burst with simple grenades is really not very realistic, therefore my edit. Since there is no other "explosive charge" (in the moment) ingame, I've commented so. (more realistic would be a barrel with a full Casoline canister and 2-3 Garden Lime ... the whole is then ignited with a grenade in the barrel ^ ^ Boam only go fast to cover). Again to the video, Wall can be destroyed, so it can also be the tents or barrels can be destroyed .. it is at the Devs what they allow. Another point on which I have yet no real answer. Why, will we build bases? For fun ? Out of boredom ? Because there are things or mechanics in the world of Chernarus that will almost "force" us to have a base (eg because of diseases, or animals, or certain infected, or other players, or because the weather in the domestic fcuking can be hard, or Seasons, or because eating will be the greatest concern). sry, but I have never come to a point where I had to say: hey, I need a base, or hey we should find people to build at a "certain point" a base. Pure because of PVP I would never build a base .... in any case never on a public or official server .... only on a private for a defined purpose. -

my Little coment .... watch self: Edit: in my opinion are a single grenade to less for destroy a Wall (like at prison !).. one or two grenades per stage ok (pristine/worn/damaged/badly damanged and then ruined) or grenades are very rare. -

I agree with you now fully. Finding a base (if no one is inside) should be a real challenge. It is possible to use certain tools to break a gate / lock or wall. It can also be that a big hammer is not enough, maybe you need 2 or even 3. The closing of the base should be possible from the inside, or a code so that a clan has control. But every lock and door must be cracked with time and tools. the owner rights with the GUID is for a lot of reasons somewhat meaningless. Building a base is supposed to be a challenge and in the same breath also breaking a base. (not yet mentioned are the traps which can be combined with base parts in the future. -

In my opinion, the title "Zoom" is the wrong word. it is more Focus or Targeted seeing. If we look then we see everything, but nothing really exactly, if we focus on a particular place, then this spot seems more exact to us and the environment around it becomes unimportant (you could almost call it blur). therefore it is not a "zoom" as it is from a scope. (anyone who has ever shot at 100 or more meters with a rifle on a certain target knows what I mean, it requires a lot of concentration to aim, especially for a long time). -
No problem, go outside (we have 8 degrees celsius) and drink ^^ , in warm clothes !

If a serum then only to heal you. It should be reintroduced (again) that infected you in the fight with the "virus or Prion" can infect. Then you are dependent on the serum not to bite sadly into the grass. The one with the hotspots I also see so, I hope for all who gladly put on interaction that it will come so. At 0:18-0:27... Is that what I think? The trailer, he looks as he fits a V3S. If that really is, then I believe basebuliding will think a bigger challenge than many.

The biggest thing in this SR is actually quite small. But I have the feeling that it is something like a milestone for the team. And so it is also a milestone for us in the future. I noticed that the team has very little picture and video material is present. But it is not bad, because the team was able to take a lot of feedback, from fans, casuals, hardcore hour counters and newcomers. This feedback is almost not counting in gold. A team the year is busy building something can be blind in the matter, and exactly this feedback from X people will learn to see the thing new / different or the right thing. This is for me a huge thing .... even if it does not seem so. If the feedback for the team would not have been important .... then they would have mentioned nothing in the SR.
