    DayZ Sa 0.00 - 0.62 (0.63), it is true as nothing else. You only take these pants for Rags ... or because you play RP and they fit. Technically zero (0) benefits. In the future, however, they can have advantages. Remember the Stamina system, they are very light. Think of the noise level, you can sneak very quietly with it, which is also very important, because visually you are a flashlight in the field. In a nutshell ... we'll see if they're more useful than donors for rags.

    LOOT RATE (FOOD-DRINK-WEAPON-AMMO)

    Do not call it problem, it is a tough challenge. I started a loot tour only in Electro on a private pvp server last night. Start at the harbor, only with pants (4slots) and neutral stats (no visible stats). After 1.5 hrs I was light green hydrated and enegized and stand at the Startpoint. I found: 3apple (searched on the tree) 1 banana, 2 cans of drinks, 1 can of peaches, 3 chickens and I was 1 x hypotermic (big problem was shoes and top part to find) .. I was shot twice ... it was approx 3-6 players in the city. I broke my legs because of a zombie .. and often bled ... after 1.5 hrs of gray sight, but I live and have a pretty good gear ... weapon, ammo, backpack. Finally --- it really is not easy, but it is possible. Because there were other players in the city when I did not have a weapon, it was not possible to search all the buildings I wanted .... too dangerous.

    If you not leave the coast: then hunting chickens and search apples. If you found Cans then are this your WinWin-Situation.

    Ok, that will not do. Unless there is a chance (option) to see steam where you are. (Friends on Steam can see if you're in DayZ "join Game" and get a window with the server IP.

    Ok, let's start at the top. This is not the Steamforum, think about your choice of words, otherwise your last word in fine text will apply to you. And yes, I know military clothes, I've used them myself. if your blood is bleeding then no one saw you WHERE! You can also bleed on the head or neck or on the ankle. if you really want to have everything realistic, then the devs should also introduce that an infected person can break your neck without you bleeding and without your beautiful jacket having a scratch. (You can now slice what you want .. this was my last answer to your post).

    Zombie's properly "infected" are a bit unfair since they already work on "enfusion script". The nuts and bolts is that you can surprise them. Once they see you, they are unfair, that's right. If you have the element of surprise on your site, it is very easy. They waver at the meeting. the faster your melee weapon has the more advantage in timeing you have. Learn to Sneak, Infected have a viewing angle and an area to hear you. You have the chance to hit you hard and ruin your gear, but this is rarely the first hit. (Easier way to get rid of them is a branch that you can "harvest" with a stoneknife from almost all trees.) I think you have not encountered a wolf pack yet ... they are 5 levels ahead. If you win a battle vs. wolves with melee.. you equip are badly state...the win are, if you live...survive.

    exactly what @dannydog has written. above the section of B.Hicks that it refers to the beta. I think that's why it has generally become quiet here in the forum (and especially in the suggestions). We know what's coming, and yet we do not know what's really coming, what's going to be possible and what makes sense, or everything has already been mentioned before. It is since announcement for the unknown time of 0.63, like the calm before the storm.

    Yes you are right. But I never saw anything of what @dannydog writes. we are waiting for an answer. (maybe removing rent from public hives is just step 1 of 2) ... and yet, everything is just speculation.

  15. but I could change my name in the name of the real owner. what is then? the car belonged to "John Cash" ... I steal the car and call myself "John Cash" ... then what? only the GUID is unique ... and my god is not easy to have in mind ^^. I am not against it, it is only a small hint. Edit: forget my comment ... I got it wrong. it can be a secret number or something. The idea is top.

    The last word is with the developers. The devs have the ability to collect and evaluate data. The time for such a change is not so good at the moment, with another update that changes a lot, the world in Chernarus may look very different. So another chance to watch the public data. The step to basebase makes a decision much easier. At the moment, serverhoppers have more negative influence on the gameplay (and that is really meant the excessive hopping, because once in a while a server change, because you want to play with friends together, that is something other than pure advantage and loot seeking). Maybe there will be "penalties" in the future if you change too often (you're hungry and thirsty again, or you lose 10% blood and health each time you change). there are many opportunities unnecessary server exchange restrictions to impose, the one or two server change on a defined timespace. but just quickly here and there, and there will be a real threat to the right reason and are preparing to cope well, or you die by hopping. we will see.

    interesting idea. But I'm afraid that this idea creates a lot of work. all animations would have to be inverted on the X-axis. A simple thing for the body. but how should it work with the animations for weapons? I'm left-handed myself, and there are things that are going better for me on the right, because some machines and machines are built for the right, it works on the left as well, but then it looks weird for the viewer.

    what you are saying is true. But it is also the fault of the players themselves. Someone who has spent 1000+ ingame hours has his own skill level. for such a game is easy, and then boring. If someone is new to the game, and really has no idea, DayZ is a tough fight to start with. (it's like the biohaze vid ... the guy is just a pro in the game, it's not a challenge anymore). I myself set myself tasks that I want to fulfill in the game, and then do exactly the same. The last one was looking for wolves with bows and arrows, and fighting in the open field (no buildings). succeeded, but not the first time, when you hear the howling and a house is in sight, in this situation, not in the house to go (and you are well equipped) is not easy ^ ^.

    yes I understand. I was afraid of "Global BI Hive Import". then the only question is: do Exp and Stable have the same loot-table import? if not, it would be possible to create a hard expo experience from the loot. (For larger patches was a lot different, even in things like new loot content, or is it controlled by the "core program." I do not want to argue endlessly, it turns just the question of what we can ask for experience that can make the devs with relatively little effort. ** (even if the makarov in the files is turned into a banana, many would be happy with the holster.)

    Hmm..Did not the devs say at startup of hmm ~ 0.59 that they have the possibility to change the Loot-table of the CLE at any time without an update? That would mean that the server at Restart makes an "import" of the loot table. Or is this a general reference from the Masterhive of BI? If so, it is clear that it is not possible, if not, it would have to be possible to create other conditions at the base of the loot. (as an example: no canned food or limited weapons or ammunition ...psst...or no apples ^^ then no apples no glitch.) ... or you would have to block the import function ... and...or...if... hmm maybe that's easier to imagine than it really is.

    what I've noticed in the last few SR's, the devs talk a lot about weapons and combat systems. But what is or how far are you with the other mechanics of the game? Diseases, wounds, healing, crafting of different things? It seems a bit confused to talk about more interaction in the game, but in return, the Focus is focused on weapon systems. Or is that a surprise?

    Thanks for this SR, and @devs thanks, I know that you do not like to let us wait ... it's hard for everyone. In this SR, the community part entertained me a lot. Beanz for all who contributed. Yes... its after Halloween...give us the pur horror from Infected... not with legs from Usain Bolt, but with two overpowered fists from Mike Tyson... save your life and keep away. or (for this idea, I will certainly from all players KoS) , ---> AppleTree_Find_Item =FALSE or 0%

    Lootzones (revese food loot)

    (Picture only to understandig the Zones) Often you can read that on the coasts no food is to be found. Which is noticeable to me, if one in the inland (north-west) goes much more food. Which means at the beginning is simply the apple mania to the must. Hardly inland you leave food because there is too much. Now my brainstorm..(for future) Food reverse loot zones. This means: the higher the loot-zone, the less food is to be found. The same in the future with the appletrees and berrybushes. On the coast the deep "loot-caste" are more food-loot than in the "hight-loot zones". The idea behind it: easier for beginners. For veterans a management of the ways .... the hunger or the lack of happiness the chase, can lead to the one from time to go back to the coast, purely because of food, or you must use the mechanik of growing food. Maybe a funny idea, but I'm known for who knows me. (This must only a affect on static Loot..not for animals).

    @DannyDog The are this: "It's (almost) only the player controller that changes along with everything that's relevant for it, which does affect the majority of how we play and what we can do, but it's not like the whole engine is getting swapped out" And i think the "(almost)" are the critcal point. ^^. It sounds as a little part.
