This is going to be a bit of another rant. I feel like I'm the only one shouting and therefore not getting listened to. Tent placement is still a jock. Even in an open field I was hard pressed to place a tent on the exact lvl ground for placement and they said they had improved tent placement (not from my experience in the current game). Some thing that I have seen mentioned is the constant repair of items after a zombie fight. This has been an issue for a very long time yet I haven't see it being balanced out. The duct tape bug is helping with this imbalance and I bet the deves sort that out quickly, but not the OP damage infected do to your items. Also mentioned the infected hitting you when they have their backs to you as well as poor fighting mechanics and that you actually merge with the infected during the fight making it so you can't hit them, but they sure as hell can hit you. I would like to see drastic improvements in the gameplay and base building in the next patch not some nice shiney new gun or transport. Yet I bet that's what the devs think we need.

Is it me or is this game going backwards on the vanilla servers. I haven't come across a mill tent, M4, Ak in over a month now. Car tyres are hard to find as well. I don't want to go back to the days of loads of high end items, but not coming across these Items once in a blue moon in high risk areas is very poor. And it should be easy for the deves to up the number of these items on the server ffs. They are killing the game for me. And when are the Ladas going to improve? I drove the sedan on EXP and it was a far better drive and offroader than the Lada.

I wish the Devs would fix the little things. Tent placement as it is still very poor. To few tents and car parts on Exp servers. Zombies damaging your clothing way to fast. Suppressors wearing out to quickly. Imbalance between brass knuckles, knife and axe damage on zombies. Base walls easy to get through. All these problems have been in the game for some time, but seem to be low down on the priority list. It's these little things that I find frustrating and make the game frustrating. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but it can't be that hard to sort these things out! I would much rather these be fixed next than some gun/transport being returned to the game. And as for night I like it that they have it the wrong way round. Light inside a house dark outside. Surely it should be the other way round a bit lighter out side and dark in the house so you have to use your torch to find things? Well thats my minor frustrated rant over. PS I have put tickets in for some of the issues stated.

Has any one been able to refuel the sedan? 3 of us gave it a go with the jerry can and a water bottle and were unable to put any fuel in. And yes I we were by the fuel filler cap, but I could not find any fuel car caption in that area.

I hope the next patch is improving what is in the game already. I personally would like the ladas to run a lot better, be able to pitch tents in a lot more places than you can currently, Items get damaged by zombie attacks a lot slower, more car tyres as the server as the one I mainly play on seams to have run out of them along with other car bits, all in all a better loot balance. As much as I would like the old stuff that currently isn't in the game back I think that getting them back in would slow down fixing the game which would put it in a better place than it is now.

I have haven't had much trouble with silencers. I would say at least 1 a weak. What I hate is I lose them as I'm carrying them on me and then being hit by Zeds which ruin it lol. It is on me and not a weapon as I usually don't have one to attach it to 🙂

Can any one tell me whats the point of the dynamic police car spawns? I have yet to find anything of interest on them.. All I can see that they have done is make the police stations have less loot. It's the same with helli crashes. I haven't found much of interest in them. Yes that's where the SVD spawns, but I think it's used more as a trophy weapon to be stored than for actual game use. I haven't come across any one using it on the official servers. It's more AK's and M4's.

I have noticed a drop in AKM and M5 since the SKS and CR came out. I don't like the idea that stashed items still count in the loot economy. If that is true its a bad move. Base building is poor. Tents are way to rare. I have been mil base looting for over 5 weeks and no tent also any heli crash I see I loot as I have found tents there as well still nada. Is there a very low number of tents allowed on the server? Also talking about tents the placement of them is still shit (Sorry about my language). It seems that it still has to be that perfectly flat surface. This makes it incredibly limiting in where they can be placed. I have found some good locations that look relatively flat to find no you can't place a tent there. All I here is server performance from the Devs. Yes it could do with improving, but I'm ok with it at the moment, it's the game play I want fixing as that is what keeps me in the game. At the moment the game seems to be disappointing everyone. Those that said it was a poor Idea to goto 1.00 are being proven correct. Way to go you moders for keeping the game alive for people.

The Tents are on the rare side. An awful lot of famine with a little orderve once in awhile. I wish the deves tweaked tents a bit it should be very easy for them. Also has anyone lost anything in a lada? I was looting Krasnostav came back to my lada to find some bits missing and a couple of items that were new. I can't rule out that someone came along and took things, but why a fuel can as that slows you down. If someone did take things they left an apple, water bottle and PU scope. That's why I'm a bit confused as some of the items that might have been taken would be understand but why leave water, food and a scope which is not easy to find as replacements.

Any one come across a tent on the official servers. After 2 weeks of searching I have found 0 tents. I'm just wondering as I feel they are no longer in the game.

Well did some testing on getting KOed by zeds. Great one Devs so they constantly hit you in the head and the best I got was 15 hits befor KO the worst was 7 The average would seem to be 10 hits. This makes for poor game play as a solo and yes I do creep around zombies but I find once they have you its game over for sure. You can't out run them as I tested that as a fresh spawn and I could not get away from them and I have tied to put objects in the way to loose LOS, but they still manage to find me most of the time. Even going load is of little help as that gets you a lot of attention all round by zombies and players. As you might guess I'm a bit frustrated with the state of the game at the moment. This might not be the worst dayz has been in its testing phase, but its a long long way off from being good.

Well I'm sick to the back teeth with being killed by Zeds as I get knocked out far to regularly. That is way OP. And as I thought the crawling zeds can do that as I just got KO by 2 crawling zeds. Very frustrating as it does not take much to do it. My health is in the white all the time when Oh black screen and you know its death time.

Well I have been able to get leather, but can't make anything with it. Has any one been able to make anything yet? and are the helli crashes still in as I haven't seen one in over 2 weeks. It would be nice to know that they are still in the game :-).

Well I have experienced a persistence wipe and I will name and shame the person that caused it as we feel like he was duping. At the start of the session all are tents and barrels were in the server we play on. Went out vehicle hunting with my friend Art and we had some success there. It turned to night and the server emptied down a bit. We get the server count down for restart and were a bit confused as there had been no warning. Me and Art come back on and look at The steam players list and its us and a someone called JeSTeR on. We then experience another couple of crashes. I eventually get back to where are tents and barrels should be to find them all gone. The only thing left is the Lada I had parked up. Thanks mate for a successful wipe of the server for your small gain and can't be arsed itas looking for the items.

Well that's me for the moment with dayz. Lost 3 tents and a barrel so no base building servers with to long a night cycle. Way to go devs.

I despair about night time playing. When are they going to tweek it to make it more playable. You just have to look at the servers to see how bad it is as mosts of the servers in the night cycle are empty or low pop. Hats down to you lot that play at night. And yes I do use the light sources, but I don't find them all that help full. When extinguish my light I'm looking at a black screen. I might as well turn my computer off and pretend to play dayz at that point. It would save me money on my electric bills lol. All I'm after is being able to navigate better around the map not play guess where I am.

At last pilgrim something we can both agree on?. Less mil places and loot and it was 30 plus hours of looting as I have a shift pattern that I was off for 4 days and no life???

No its a low pop server Flamberg. And Pilgrim I'm building a camp that's why I'm looking for tents. That's my play style. And no i don't want to find a mil tent all the time, but as I haven't come across one in over 4 days and that's not through a lack of trying. That tells me the spawn rate is to low and that goes for the other tents in the game.

Thanks IMT :-). You got the point. Hi Pilgim and thanks for the advice. I did hear some one at NWAF when I did my tent run. They were using a shotgun and were on the other side of the airfield. They would not known I was around as I ghadent and did not fire a shot. They were going to the old tent city area and I was going the other way. And yes I can do the survival bit with just a couple of barrels which are easy to find as no one wants them at the moment with it being slow to move them unless you want to spend the time to get one of those doggy ladas going. I did try the barrel moving thing from Zelengorst to the SW mil road block and boy did that take some time. It took me 40 mins :-).

Very disappointed. Hit most of the mil bases to find a mil tent and found zip, nada , nothing. I hit at least 75% of the mil spawn points at least. The only places I missed were the mil checkpoints, Bolota and Myshinko. As i have only found the tents in buildings so far and I have heard about them spawning in containers I think I have hit most of the spawn places. For me they are to much on the rair side. I don't want them over flowing, but if I hit enough military places it would be nice to find at least 1 if not 2. There is nothing worse than finding nothing. I haven't found a mil tent for at least 2 days and the last one was a heli crash site. It has been well over a week since I found one in a mil location and I have been searching. I tend to stay on the same server and only move to another one for the night time period as I hate trying to navigate and loot at night. So devs can you up the mil tents a bit? I know its a tweek as you have said you can change the loot quantities on the fly so this would take you very little time :-)

I hate the ladas at the moment. They drive like shit. Got one up and running and crashed it within the first 2 mins on a dirt road. The devs have had a lot of time to sort this out yet they are not much better than when they came in. Come on devs it's time you pulled your finger out on this one. Steering is clunky as you go from nothing to full turn very quickly, no power in second gear or above going up a hill, no power in second or above driving on grass, reverse has no power on an incline in fact it just idles and no turning when breaking. Who thought that all this was good? If nothing else make the cars break at least 10 times slower than they do now so you can get some use out of them until you have got them in a lot better state. One very frustrated player.

Can the devs tweek the tents up a bit. After 1 week of running around mil locations I have only found 2 Tents :-(. And ladas need a bit of love and attention.
