This is me just spitballing, but i think that a secondary "Camera" could be used to view the said area in the magnification, then send that image back to view it that way. Again, i really don't know.

I seriously don't like to refer to derogatory comments, but the fact that you are trying to bring something that is outside the scope of the game, into an example to prove that this game doesn't allow you to "Do whatever you want", is an Awfully Good way to prove my point.
