No its a pile of junk. There is so much wrong with this game it isn't funny. But we didnt pay for the game, we paid for the engine design.

Whole new team, making dayz great again. What a pile of fluff this game turned out to be.

Just checking in after a couple of years, i see there is some new map or whatever but do we have good base building yet, and helicopters, and the pvp returned any?

We have bled out hundreds of issues with this since way back in Pre alpha... We hashed out reasons for public official to be different, until we where blue in the face. Each year these topics still come out in hopes to fix it but i dont think it matters anymore. You get what you get. We lost many of the key people on the project, so i expect not a lot to happen with dayz. I dont put my faith in them fixing this problem that was addressed by the devs 2 years ago or more now.

This alone is one of the reasons why official is dying. This and the stuff that is no where completed. Pretty sad honestly how this all went down. I was hoping they would have made official perfect. Go un official and make a good community, because official is just a running sim still.

Shroud playing Dayz again, which is awesome. Everyone should experience it. However!!! this makes you sick Viewers 19000 yet we couldn't barely hold 2000 for a long time. and what makes you sicker? they just watch it LOL The community really went weird, but i get it short lived streaming content. Seems modded servers are the way to go.

Thats usually done in Beta, however this is 2019 and its suppose to be released.

Sadly i dont think you will find the responses on these forums anymore. It would be nice, if a new team decided to give it a direction. Truly we cant wait to have the game finished by modders can we?
