I got this game yesterday, followed all the instructions on a youtube video on how to install everything and EVERY time i join a server i spawn in a field with nobody or anything. Please help :/ I haven't had a chance to play this mod...

exact same happened to me besides the first 4. i just got the game yesterday and didnt even get to play.

i dont have the Addons folder for some reason, is that normal? nvm silly me, i passed it up :)

I just installed this game and got the mod, i followed all the steps on a youtube video on how to download the DayZ mod stuff. When joining a server it says something like im running the wrong version. Apparently im running 1.7.1.1 and the server is 1.7.0 or something. Please help!

i killed myself ALOT and found a body with good loot so i took that but i ran east and saw a tree line just now but i got a popup that said "battleye failed to update" and it kicked me from the server

thanks a ton tomo, im really just stressed out about spawning in the middle of nowhere. ive joined like 20 servers with the same result

when i find a server it says "Bad version" and i cant join :S
