I watched a streamer pick up 4 rocks on a trail tonight 3 one way and 1 on his way back to where he started.

you find small rocks on the hiking trails, but you need to take your time looking for the rocks some times it takes time for them to spawn. and back track the trail just walk you will find them that way, same thing for apples and plums and pairs go slow and search the same thees.

Looks like fishing might be back next update, so there may be hope for bows yet.

I would got fishing , then i would go hunt some cows for meat and leather to tan and make gear with . then i would make a bow and arrows then go to some place on the map i hadn't been to in a long time.

Back in the old days of .62 a barrel took 11 jerrycans of water to fill the barrel in no time at all.

I used the bow all the time till they took it out of the game. standalone was to not be the same as other BI games, but it seems to me that it's turning in to just another PVP Ffesst

I got a popup from steam saying my dayz files don't match the files in steam cloud. I play on a server with mods/ I just closed the pop up.

I would like you to be able to stack 20 arrows instead of just 5 arrows like it was in .62 and get the branch from an ash tree for the bow. PS. just a reminder in case you forgot the bow oh yeah think about the 20 round mag Max wants.

you need to make your character before you re spawn.

stone knives .fire drill kits .are not a problem in dayz. In fact they help a player avoid city's and town's . Why do you want to do away with the way i like to play the game?

i thought Balota was in the south west part of the map. never mind you were in the north east and ended up at the south west
