the hot bar box, drag the gun or what ever into the box but don't let the gun touch the top or left side of the hot bar box leave a small space on top and left side of the box. see if that works it did for me.

I can understand , that it takes time to start all over making dayz. They want to give us a dayz that they set out to do from the start. the tone of some posts lately, in my opinion are uncalled for. If they take the time to bow to all your wants, it would take time away from them working on dayz. I'm sure you are here because you want dayz , then why jump on them while they are working on the game you want? -
you could rig a grenade to the trunk.

Just cut the head off the dead player and use it for a ball.

Watch video again, the stones spawn on the ground and you pick them up the same as loot. -
I don't know anything about the arma games , standalone is what got me into online gaming. I play it to survive, not kill my fellow players. There are many games out there where you try to kill every one else in the game, I thought dayz standalone was to be not like them.

I just watched a live stream by a diffract game developer, and came here to ask you to do the same kind of thing, only to find you beat me to it. I think it will do much to soothe the savage beast. -

i think you guys should make dayz the way you want it to be, and not the way some players want it to be. -
Why would you want to do that, just as the game is getting set to enter beta? But if you are set on that refund you will have to ask Steam, and as they told you i don't think there is much hope,

We have a couple now, combine 12 rags to make one and use guts to craft a rope.

What most people don't understand is that they are starting over making dayz. they are taking what they learned in alpha, and as it didn't work out the way they wanted. It will take time to rework the old stuff to work in the new dayz and they can't do that over night no mater how bad you want the game now.
