Or will those settings (3dp, global chat, tags, etc.) stay the same as they are now? Meaning, the server admin/owner can enable/disable most of those settings if they choose to? I've been away from the forums for a bit. I went back over your posts (rocket), but didn't see anything mentioned -- on exactly which/what game play settings will be forced. Sorry if this has been answered recently. I couldn't find it. :P

I hear ya man. I hate the shit as well. If you use the in-game browser just make sure that difficulty reads expert: Even still, some have deathmessages=1...I just filter merc and get about 10 servers. I usually play on US 782, everything is off. This will give you an idea of what difficulty settings have the ability to enable/disable certain setting's: http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/server.armaprofile Not exactly sure how DayZ handles it though. Sucks not many people play on expert servers. At least I haven't found one that has had many players on it. Maybe 20-25 tops if it's a good day. Heh.

Holding right-shift then tapping numpad "-" and typing flush when looking directly at said glitch has worked 100% for me.
