    My 2 wishes for DayZ

Drugs will be ingame so cigarettes are very likely. I think I´ve heard about smoking like weed or cunsume other drugs. So yeah I bet ur first wish comes true.
  2. It´s a wonderful thread... We don´t have any problem but we have to make it as a problem. Who want to play 1pp play on a 1pp server and who want to play 3pp play on a 3pp server (with all camera abusing if bohemia can´t solve it) - Problem solved, next file pls.

    Status Report - 26 Nov 2015

I´m pretty sure that the dev´s will consider that. Just look at the mechanic to reload a gun for realism. This should just be a demonstration how it will look like ingame.

    Lack of everything

Yep way too easy in this state. It was never really hard. If you think it´s to difficult it´s maybe the wrong game for you because I bet and hope that it gonna much harder.

It would be more challenging - yeah. But I don´t like the Idea off a endless stream of zombies. You should make progress in clearing a zone and maybe with time more an more zombies would inhabit that zone. Ofcourse clearing a whole town would be damn hard because you need tons of amunition but it should not be impossible. This game should be also rewarding you if u put in serious effort and hard work. A endless spawn of zombies would break my motivation.

My Dayz Story (two years later)

Hm, but it´s quite a fact that DayZ has not really changed in two years. For me it feels like the same plus some extras. I think the new renderer throw them back and the lack of experience.

    A believable world

As I said tanks could be common but surely not rentable. Because Ammo is very rare and a tank needs huge amount of fuel so it´s only for players who got the luxus to search for those things. Just as an endgame object. I also don´t want that Day Z become a military simulator so this should be pure luxus. Maybe more profit way is to use them just as a shelter. And I agree that sleeping while offline would be too much. But I would like to know if those system could work probably.

    A believable world

My biggest concern about Day Z is that the Developers don´t create a believable world. For me as a player it is a big aspect. And for a realistic survival game it should be one of the main quest to create. For example, it´s a Zombie apocalypse and the world still doesn´t look like it. What would people do if there was an outbreak? You know all the Zombiefilms. Ingame you can just see some car wrecks and funny little blockades. I hope they will improve the environment much more than this. Another question is about destroyed tanks... could zombies destroy tanks? Are they able to handle a rocketlauncher? I share the idea that it should be rare to have a car as a player but in a apocalypse there should be much more abandoned cars. Maybe more functionall cars but one main resource is rare: fuel. So gas stations are one big point of interests like wells. Maybe fuel will become the most important currency. Day Z with his own econimic system which is player created of their own needs. You want to drive a Tank? Why not there are hundred of them and fully functional but they cost so much fuel that they aren´t rentable. Maybe u use them just as a stationary big gun if u find some ammo. Also cars are everywhere but you should have in mind that offroad they wearout much more than on road - and why you can´t use roads everytime? Right because of blockades and abandoned cars. I hope you can get the point with my crappy school english ^^. Maybe Developers talked about a believeable environment but never saw something like that. I only read they put new Loot, crafting Stuff, vehicles, loot allocation and permanent objects in. Another Idea would be a sleep mode. So beds and bedrolls become a sense. Logout stands for "sleeping" and if you logout unprotected in some wilderness you have a increased chance to get ill. The weather and healthstate is important too. We could say at 10 degree and no rain: 27% to get ill by logout in wilderness 10% to get ill by logout in wilderness with bedrolls 5% with tent + bedroll 0% in a warmed up house with a bed Otherwise if you are ill you can cure it much more effectiv if you sleep in a warm bed. I know this system would be maybe too much but I really like the Idea. So combat logout would be everytime with a risk. Same is with disconnects... but nothing is perfect :)

    Dripping blood

    Dripping blood

Posted Today, 09:45 AM How much blood do you think people lose from a gunshot wound? You'd leave a few drops here and there but not a big trail that the average person could follow. Either way, I think blood staining the environment (similar to Arma 3) is probably something that we'll see later in development. He doesn´t said a "big" trail of blood. Do you saw in reallife how much blood loss by a gunshot? I think it depends on where the bullet hit and maybe it´s hard to detect in forrest but in Buildings it would be way easier to find a trail of blood on the floor. Maybe it´s just a continuous trail of blood drops. How much blood do you think people lose from a gunshot wound? You'd leave a few drops here and there but not a big trail that the average person could follow. Either way, I think blood staining the environment (similar to Arma 3) is probably something that we'll see later in development. I really hope too they will give the fountain of blood a new design.

Make doors always open away from you

Something I´ve mentioned at Delevoper Discussion: Just a though about door mechanic and animation: Is it possible to open a door with a Handanimation? Maybe if u press "E" your hand just grab the door and this activate a free swing mode like in Witcher 3. So doors will not automatically open and push everything away whats behind. Maybe you can put a chair or container behind it to block it physically so your enemys have to crush the door to get through. I know, with just a swing mode like Witcher 3 even your enemy could block the door if it swings in both directions. Strategic wise it would make some things harder with exploits too. In this state of the game you can just stand agains a wall close to a door and press "E" so you can look into the room in 3pp.
  12. Just an advice: wait 7 month more if u want smoother gameplay. It´s like playing day z right after Alpha start with the same gameplay problems. The only changes u can feel is: some more buggy animals, crawling zombies (zombies AI still broken), some new gunz and clothes, more crafting options, truck vehicle, more buildings and town changes. I don´t mind the new eco system because it doesn´t feel like it´s working. In summary: more Items added
