    Fists are overpowered

In the last couple of weeks, I think I've killed like 3-4 zombies with just fists. It's just random for me. Sometimes it works, and other times it doesn't. Same with punching the players. Yeah, fireaxe is more powerful than fists and it should be, but in some cases a good skilled puncher can circle around and get a lucky hit in the face. Fireaxe is good but it's slow. Punching is faster and you're more versatile and flexible. Fireaxes are heavy & slow, and they make people tired fast. I think, 4 out of 10, I got killed by an axe swinger, when I had only bare fists. So it seemed fair from my perspective.

    Fists are overpowered

Sometimes, we all get lucky with one shot KOs. That's not too weak by itself. But overall, the fists punches are weak. In real life I can sneak up and sucker punch someone in the back of the neck or jaw and knock them out. But in the game, when someone punches you from back, the game doesn't have the power to exactly pinpoint what upper part of your body was hit. Maybe we can assume, he hit you in the back of the neck, which is lethal, if not the skull? I was fighting with a guy, we both stood on one spot and kept punching each other in the face. We both did about 20 punches, nothing happened. I thought it was a glitch or bug. Not sure. Most of the time, it seems like punches are a bit weak, maybe it's because it's alpha or desync or lag or some other reason? But that's what my perception from my personal experience is, atm. I've been fist fighting a lot since 2 months ago.

No. Fists are a bit too weak.

    Multi-Person Mechanics to discourage KOS

I don't believe multi-person mechanics work to reduce KOS. People will still find a way to KOS. I can group up with another player, for sometime, and when the right moments comes I kill them. To reduce KOS, you need to reduce guns and ammo. People can't KOS you with melee easily. They have to get closer to you. KOS with basic weapons, like arrows, rocks, slingshots, spears, etc. are ok for me. Just reduce the Military Guns & Ammo madness. That's the only way. All these fancy mechanics are hard to implement even in the next 5 years. By that time who knows what happens...

    Multi-Person Mechanics to discourage KOS

You and others were posting off-topic bull crap that nobody cares, here: http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/225772-can-someone-tell-me-if-this-is-normal-thing-to-do/
  6. I had 30 seconds to logout and I did within 30 seconds. They lost me, their fault. So, after reading some posts here I cam to conclusion that I'm not ashamed of it anymore. I will do it as much as suits me until it's fixed. If you don't like it, I'm not ashamed of it too. I've learned some new insights and things. Thanks for an eye-opening new ideas to approach this my own way. It's ok to logout, actually. If people don't like it's their problem. Now, I'm done here. Thanks again. You guys can keep debating about it if you want. Good luck to you all!
  7. I had 30 seconds to logout and I did. If you feel bad about it it's your problem. Good luck!
  8. You're the one who's trolling. I'm done with you. Bye.
  9. I was given a chance to logout within 30 seconds. I successfully used it. I enjoyed it because they were probably pissed and I was safe. I'm not breaking any rules. Am I? No. When I can see everything from 3PP, am I breaking rules? No. But since it's just an Alpha PC game, I don't really feel ashamed anymore. I KOS and eat human steak. No shame. Why? Because at the end of the day, it's just Fun & Pixels. My point is you can anything in the game, except hacking. Same with real life, we can take advantage of the loopholes until those loopholes are fixed. If you don't like people doing it, then fix it. Man up, you say. Well those Cannibal Bandis who chase after an unarmed player, trying to spray with AKs and yell, "We gonna eat you!" Maybe they should man up and fight other players with guns, instead of chasing a weaker player? They didn't want to fail. I was able to trick them and outplay them. They were mad and pursued me. So, to end that nonsense chase, I logged out, to make them even more mad.
  10. I don't need any approval. Don't like it, don't read it.
  11. 1. I was running away from them. I dodged buildings, trees, and zig-zaged, until they lost track of me. 2. I went to a nearby shed, in an unusual place, where they would not have any idea to check it. I decided to log out. Why not? I successfully logged out within 30 seconds. Which is fair enough. 3. It's their fault, not mine, that they started the chase and failed to find me. I'm not gonna sit there and wait for them to come over. I didn't want to "reward" their desires. 4. I used the 30 second successfully, and they couldn't. 5. Logging off in that situation is like I ESCAPED. 6. I'm not ruining any experience. I still enjoy playing it the way I want to play it.
  12. I had the chance to logout, within 30 seconds, before they got to me, so what's the big deal? lol This is just a PC game with pixels. But it's your right to get mad and it's my right to do what I want.
  13. In short, I was given 30 seconds to log off and I did use that chance. Those who were chasing me, lost me. End of story.
  14. What whoop ass are you talking about? There is no whoop ass. You can flame, whoop ass all day if you want, I don't care ;) I just thought I'd share my thoughts without any negative or positive expectations. I really don't mind if you "whoop" my ass on internet :P if it was real life it'd be a different story lol but it's my business to post a topic, it's yours to "whoop" ass. ;) I think, I get it, we get it. This thread can be locked. This is how far we can go with this.
