Im not even touching .380 guns anymore unless i really have tooo. Whats really the point of shooting someone when all his gear ruinss. It isnt really fun ether to kos all the time. With all the micro desyncing, the only way you really can tell if it is the bullet damage calc, is by vid'ng yourselve and recheck what actualy happens. Trust me, your eyes fools yourselve allott.

I have said this before. The forrests arent so dense as in real life. THe map is big enough, but the forrests, it should be denser. Maybe when fog and such comes, it will change a bit. but still

The key lies in how fast you are running over those rocks or stairs. Walk slowly, and what every you do, do not walk fast AND look down while full sprint ;)

That doesn't really matter as it is, despite the bugs in its current state, better than finished games out there.

The issue exist because we can hit the different keys faster than we can actualy preform the movement with our bodies. Therefor a realistic lag should be build in. I survived yesterday 3x 25 rounds of RAK due this. And i won. It made me feel dirty

People are unhappy if they force themselves subconscious into a group or playstyle. This could certainly be an issue (and actually is a bit) when DayZ has only got a handful of "play styles" when going in Alpha with still the Arma Legacy in the Dark. If everyone would play DayZ, how it is going to be, everyone would understand. But, like you mentioned, the old Arma legacy is bringing in a sort of "how-DayZ-should-be" mentality, and that's just destined to change more and more, when the game continues to develop further on. Shared similarities, yes of course,... completely different despite that? I surely hope sooo! Love it already! In every sandbox game, if you are doing and restricting yourself to a single thing / game style or sort, you end up being very bored. It is about the total experience package that makes it every time truly unique and unexpected. That is the Fun! (7yrs of EVE Online MMORPG experience talking here)

Yeahhh how realllly be epicly coooool would this be!!! Roleplayers willl frikking loooooove this!! And the rest of the players aswelll!! As of logging out, and the burlap part, there should be somesome of mechanism: when you are being attached like this, you run/sprint automaticly (even when blind) anddd your body stays ingame aslong as you are restrained! Alive zombies for reall!!!

To be really honest, if i see a bambi sprinting towards me, i try to kill him or atleast make him bleeding before he is close by. Just because i know, when he is close, he is going to abuse this tactic which greatly favours him! In other words, it favours KOS and that i find wrong.

Isnt it a nice warm and fuzzy feeling! Kidnap someone and have them singing and dancing for you around a campfire... brakin' their legs with nooo bandages around. But on those other moments, when you just want to chill out, be kind and friendly, slipping polite some disinfectant in a give-a-way drink and run off. Or just flying around with your mind occupied at the brids and the trees, the flies and the beees, and the smell of fresh meat! Oh DayZ is just a soooo much better Sandbox then I have ever seen!
