Ahh yes, you guys believe your M4 will stand up to tanks and predator drones in case of "a tyrannical government"...smart.

Sorry, late to the party here - if I remember rightly from Hicks' interview about it, I think he said he didn't want it as full-on as TOH (and fuck, I hope that's the case) I adore piloting, but feel in a multiplayer combat situation, it is completely ridiculous to have to exert that degree of control over your machine just to fly in an average manner - people IRL don't just shoot helicopters because they exist, so allowances have to be made for game vs realism.

Thanks man - appreciate it :) Aww man, I just didn't see it happen at first - my reaction was honest shock lol looking back at the footage I see how bullshit the desync was! lol Hehe - wouldn't have been too entertaining that way lol But yeah, I know what you mean - DayZRP has strict rules against killing without role-play. I suppose theoretically they could have killed me for the manslaughter, but they would have had to have roleplayed it as an execution and even then I could have technically reported them and get them banned (though I wouldn't have). It's a great server, consider checking it out if you like role-playing over KOS-ing. There is a whitelisitng process which is pretty full-on though.

Indeed haha and thank you - I do try, though I'm roleplaying as a Liverpudlian drug dealer at the moment on RP, so I'll have to get over my hero hangups and get down to some banditry to live up to my character! haha Yes it was, unfortunately. Thanks Handgun - I wasn't looking to save him, I knew he was gone long before, I just wanted to tell him over VOIP in the most in-character way possible that the rule-breakers were taken care of! haha (the server has very specific rules about not breaking character lol Makes it more immersive. Haha - it was actually up near Svet - the rocks around the corner from the docks, so I suppose it's relatively close to a town, with not much traffic going past. IDK, as you say, kids - all those tents were spawning EVERYWHERE before the most recent hotfix, it was getting pretty silly lol I checked the tents, there was certainly not a lot of loot in them, so they were basically donating their lives for a couple of hoes, medkit and random junk items, really. Very strange - if you have any insights as to their motives, please do share them, lol as I can't work it out.
