I've been playing the 0.55 for 64 hours for now. Here is some opinions of my. So. Some bad stuff first. 1. There are no zombie footsteps. 2. 90% of the time, zombies "growl" after I've either shot them, or locked them in a house. 3. Zombie hit animation is broken. One swing = four hits on me. 4. Couple of zombies ran towards me from miles away, and couple came through the door while running. Must be something with the zombies "scanning" players nearby. (Their heads tilt towards players near) 5. Improvised bow doesn't work. My guy just holds the arrow part and pokes around. 6. Either I find no clothes, food or guns at all, or I can find M65 jackets, high cap vest, smerch vest+bag and other cool stuff from a single outdoor wc. Same goes with policestations and guns. Sometimes just handcuffs, and sometimes pistols, mp5:s and buttloads of mags. Mostly 30rnd. 7. Only once had a moment where invisible zombie killed my friend, and broke all my stuff. 8. Lots of loot glitched on the ground. I can take items carried by other, from the ground. (food, guns, etc.) And then the goods. 1. I really like the way, where the zombie's AI etc. are going. 2. Good amounts of game to hunt. 3. Died by cholera. Only wish that there would be medication working on it. 4. Boosted up the difficulty and the learning curve. 5. I have played more as a hero, and I have been searching for fresh spawns, so I could give them food and water. Maybe even a lift. 6. My guns can get broken too! Before this patch, only guns that I found from heli crash sites needed some cleaning. 7. Zombies stagger after a hit/shot. Nice.

I can't take this anymore. I sure hope that they fix this game by wednesday. And by fix, I mean the sounds and the loot! I'm tired of masturbating in front of a tree for hours, in hope of an apple, so I don't starve to death in the next 10-15 minutes! And nice job on those zombies. They are terrific. Not even once have I heard a zombie. I've had 5 zombies running behind me, but none of them made any sounds. No growling, footsteps, nothing. I can hear when they hit me, but I can also see that, so wtf? Common loot looks to be rare now, and rare common. It's nice to have enough weapons and military gear for a whole army, but can't find a single can of food. This just makes people server hop more often. All these things just take the immersion out of the game. I would gladly do a suicide 20 times in the row, if that would get me a pack of matches!

After playing 12 hours of the 0.55, I can say couple of things. 1. The loot: There are million's of tents, everywhere. Food, nowhere. Best places to find loot are cars and outdoor WC:s. Friend found 4 guns in a single car, and we have found over 10 items of all sorts in outdoor WC:s. The locations of different loots, are totally broken. I have found a ton of gear that could only be found at heli-crash sites. 2. The Zombies: Sometimes a zombie can hit me 20 times and it doesn't affect me, even when I have grey screen. Sometimes I die on a single blow by a zombie, while having a healthy status. Can't hear any zombie sounds BEFORE a zombie has hit me. No steps, no growling, nothing. 3. My guy: About 85 percent of the time, my character doesn't have sounds while eating, drinking, swithing/compining stuff, reloading. Usually all the things that I have done in the past 30 minutes, comes crashing down on my speakers. All the eating, running, gunning, drinking and reloading voices come at the same time, usually 5-30 minutes late! In my opinion, this has been fun to play this 0.55 patch so far, but seeing some basic things being broken, really grinds my gears. I've had a moment where I only could hear my guy running for like two hours. It made the game extremely boring. edit> haven't found a single mathcbox, portable gas stove, gas canister, pot, pan or cooking tripod. got loads of meat but can't cook. Not a single garden lime in sight...
