Looking for some legit people to play with and have a good time roaming the hills of Chernarus? Tired of cruising solo only to be shot or tied up and forced to dance like a monkey by the first roving pack of players you encounter? Team up with The Misfits Clan and stop by our teamspeak at: Misfits Teamspeak Dayz Clan 216.127.64.5:5247. We accept recruits that communicate well, act mature and treat others with respect. While we are an organized clan that prides itself on teamwork and communication, we are also laid back and just looking for adventure in the zombie wastelands. Our clan plays both Mod and Standalone, and we are currently setting up a custom server on Mod running EPOC and Overwatch loadouts, a single coin system, abundant loot, and challenging missions and AI. Fresh spawns will have weaponized loadouts to keep you locked and loaded from cradle to grave. Events will also be hosted on a frequent basis where other clans and individuals will be organized and setup with their choice of loadouts and vehicles, then all out warfare will ensue. Some events will also have loot prizes like tanks or attack choppers to be used post-event during the normal use of the server! We are working hard to keep this server entertaining at all times, and ideas for improvement are welcome :) If Standalone is your game of choice, we excel all forms of gameplay from hunting and farming to PvP/E. The .55 update changed a lot, and weeded most of the hackers, gear dupers, and those who just server hopped to gear up and PvP. We enjoy the survivalist game play and the struggle to fight against the zombies and players prowling the infected wastelands. So swing by with your a$$ kicking boots on, and lets battle the undead and anyone that gets in the way of obtaining those sweet sweet can of peaches!

Instead of going with public servers that get picked clean by server hoppers which is further compounded by the new loot economy, why not dedicate yourself to our private server where the loot stays on the server and you can build a true dedicated story for your character? The Misfits clan is also transitioning from the bandit clan that was loved/hated to a survivalist clan fighting against the elements and the undead. We will also begin to host contests on the server for rare loot, and all out scrimmages to test your skills in combat and survival. Where the F do I find sticks??? I have found trucks, I have found the M4 and Aug on Heli wrecks but still cannot find for the life of me sticks!!!

Been playing for almost two weeks, been KOS a few times of course, sadly have only met 2-3 friendlys and 5x that in Aholes... I was comically tied up a few days ago and played trivia for my life. I had just spawned with not much equipment on me at the time so I just played along as them killing me wouldnt have much of an impact. I got 4 of the 5 questions right, the one I got wrong they shot me in the leg, but when I finished the rest successfully they attempted to untie me, failed and couldnt bandage me while tied up, so I bled out. It was pretty funny how they reacted during the situation, very panicky as they seemed like they didnt want to actually kill me. My next spawn I had going for a few days, some decent equiment and I was very happy and ready for a confrontation and the next login I had lost my character... I didnt move, logged out and logged back in to that server and several others but it was gone. I gritted my teeth and rebuilt another only to be KOS two times in a row. I was very disheartened for a few hours and was ready to rant as my first post on the forums. Today was redemption. After the past two days looting and building from scratch I went up to the airbase NW of Electro and found the holy grail... a smoking Heli in the middle of the airbase and got me an M4! I looted the rest of the base very cautiously as I had been KOS up there once before as well and was very paranoid. I was cruising around all the military tents piling up on random ammo and noticed another smoke pillar in the near distance, ran over there and found another downed Heli, couldnt believe it, two so close together!! There I found an AUG and an even larger clip for the M4. I kept the M4 but played with the AUG for a little bit. Needless to say I am very happy at this point and ready to shoot some bandits.
