Hicks, I know you already mentionned that vehicle persistence was not an issue but more of a bug with vehicle physics and orientation on server startup resulting in a destroyed vehicle. Any progress made toward this in 0.61?

Dude, let me retry this. They are adding NEW Core engine modules to the game right now. We had the renderer zone in 0.60, next up, we have the new sound engine for 0.61. Next up will be new player controller in 0.62. Those huge parts of game engine takes tImes, ALOT OF TIME. Don't expect for development to go faster until those are done. You say it is the slowess and longest game developped in early access, but how many of these other early games developped a game engine on the side? You mentionned Ark the other day was way faster, this is correct, but you know why, because ark use a premade game engine, unreal 4. Finally, remember when 0.60 was finally released with the new renderer? The huge changes that came with it in terme of FPS and graphic quality, tons of people that cried their life because it took so long to release mentionned the wait has worth it. They delivered a great renderer, same will go with audio engine and player controller. Great things take times..

Just wait and see tiger, as mentionned above, lot of ppl bought the game as it was cheaper than, and didnt want to play much in alpha stage. Wich is comprehensible since it's not for everyone to enjoy incomplete games. As for me, i have about 2000 hours on the game. I play more when exp is up to try and find bugs to help developement a bit. As of last months, i barely play DayZ, but i can tell you that when it will hit Beta or full release, i will play that game suite a lot, and I am pretty sure a lot of ppl are in the same boat. Yes betas, can burn out ppl fast, but once it is fully released and modding ready, you bet those number will grow quite fast. Not sure why you keep lurking this forum if you don't seem to apreciate the game? What's the point?

To adjust render you need to do it through config files found in user/yourusername/dayz/

I have readed somewhere that u can use chicken guts to cool faster. -Kill chicken -skin it -wait for guts to show blue icon ( it's red when its still hot) -Put it in your inventory and should work as a reverse heat-pack Havent tested it myself yet but several guys said it worked

Sad thing about this, when exp will release, first day thousands will try join server. A day or two later, people will whine to have it on stable. I'm excited to get in, try break some things and test. Most of ppl will just do some sightseeing and come back cry.

Hmm maybe not, as per Smoss say: A replacement for the feedback tracker has been decided upon, so IT is in the process of getting it up and running. Of course we would like for it to be up and running by the time 0.60 hits experimental but in case it is not, an alternative method of gathering feedback is via the Experimental topic for 0.60 which will be created here on the forums (as stated as well in the initial post above). The 0.60 Exp topic will be created in the following sub-forum: https://forums.dayz.com/forum/135-experimental-patch-discussion/

That sounds like a great idea Brian, I like it a lot. Pretty sure a lot of people will like to have a glimpse at develoment progression. Also, I'm glad you guys started lately sharing more thoughts like this on the forums. Like the saying 'haters gonna hate' There is always people to cry and whine. But remember we are a bunch around those forums that appreciate the game and are in for the long run. I'm glad you guys stays meticulous and aiming for perfection instead of rushing content and caving in to some very vocal haters. -

I think Eno meant an admin of a public server can ban him from his server but not global ban someone.

Maybe thats the case, i might have used tires that showed pristine but were another condition due to à glitch. I know for sure that this time i repaired them all no matter what condition they were. Thanks for pointing that out.
