Awesome man :) I still do feel bad for dropping people, but like I said, I guess there was just a point for me personally where I learned that the great majority of my encounters end with me dead. I'm not knocking the killers at all since that's how they choose to play this game, but I've come to a point where I'm not going to give them a chance at me and if they do come at me, atleast I've given myself a chance to kill them first :p

You are exactly right. I guess there's was a point for me where I was just tired of dying by saying, and meaning, that I was friendly lol. Only so many shots to the face I could take before I decided I should be the first to shoot. Seeing a new spawn point ever 5 mins is tiresome

I say ruin their fun any way possible ;) Certain things ruin the game certain people. Some hate that you're killed as a freshie without good interaction. Just shot from a distance for nothing. Others hate that people would log out and deny them a kill or roleplay. Well, eitherway you see it, some people are going to ruin some of the game for others. If it gives YOU satisfaction of denying them their douchebaggery, then I say good on you :)

So I was playing and wasn't recording at the time. I was pretty much trying (for about the 11th time) to gear up a character for future videos. I spawned close to and end up making it into Berezino on about a 10 player server. I ran around, got a little lucky and found a Longhorn and MP-133. I felt really good since I don't get that lucky with weapon spawns. I kept on moving to see what else was around. This is where it got crazy for me. I was running by what looked to be an apartment complex at the time and noticed two backpacks, two piles of grass and two first aid kits on the ground nearby the building. I ran up closer because I knew that that wasn't a typical spawn point for that type of loot. Once I go close I brought up my inventory tab... turns out it was two M4A1s fully decked out with attachments and the little "grassy" addon to make them camoflauge. Then I looked in the first backpack. It had 4 vests which EACH had 4 30Rnd STANAG mags in them FULL with ammo. The next packpack had the same type of mags as well as a few survival items... How in the heck did this happen? You think two people were killed there? Nothing in the bags were ruined that I could see? I recorded some of the footage AFTER I had already looted some, but I havent uploaded the video yet. My character right now is "Freezing" so I'm waiting to see if I can get some help from some Steam buddies before I log back on, but HOLY CRAP! What luck for me??? I've never been an owner of an automatic rifle in this game, but here I am now! Out of sheer luck ;) If interested in the video footage, I'll have it up sometime during this weekend, but don't have it now unfortunately :( Channel name is Shawn P though. How do you think that look got there though?

By duped gear, do you mean someone may have set it up to be a trap? Sorry, not familiar. And I figured people usually sought help since clans are around and some people encourage group play. I'd really hate to die to enviormental conditions considering this gear is really a first for me and I haven't gotten to use it to defend myself from the utmost arseholes in the game D:

I got hunted down for the first time and MAN! It was a THRILLER! First video leads into the hunting. Second video is all the action! If you'd like to watch both go ahead, but at least watch the second one. It was a damn scary time for me! lol Part 1: Part 2:

I couldn't believe I unloaded my magnum on that guy and missed every shot. It felt like that scene in Pulp Fiction when the guy jumps out of the bathroom and fires all those shots at Jules (if you've ever seen it). I wish I would've remained calm at the end of the video. I think I actually would've had a good chance at killing the last two guys. I never put my CR75 on my quickslot bar... if I could only have a do-over haha

Thanks for the feedback guys and thanks Quentin (Mouse) for sharing! I'm extremely passionate about gaming/recording so any feedback is good feedback for me to know what other like to see :) I myself enjoy watching 15-20 minutes of gameplay with commentary (like theradbrad dayz series), and then I also like vids where they only show the action (like frankie). I knew there would be some people for and against the style these videos I've made, but after this series is over, I'll probably only show the action packed footage ;) Please stick around for a video I'll have out today or tomorrow called "I'M BEING HUNTED! Part 2". It's been my first experience like this yet in this game. I'm hoping it's going to be very entertaining for all types of fans in the DayZ community. It had me on edge while I was playing atleast :P
