    I think my last thread was worded badly. So would like to say I would love to see more stuff in DayZ SA that we saw in dayz mod like the lingor Island. Different climates, different atmosphere, different countries you know that sort of stuff. And maybe some more Coastline excitement in DayZ SA. I think a wide variety to choose from is always good for the consumer.

    I agree but does not give him the right to insult me I was just putting him in his place responding in the same way he responded. In any event I am surprised people think Minecraft is silly? its one of the most successful games ever made I don't use it as an example to insult others if I did it would feel more like a compliment. LOL Minecraft isn't farmville after all.

    when i look at those videos of those people who somehow find those sexy rifles with scopes etc there is something special about it compared to other games But I cannot explain it, maybe its the detail in it? the authenticity? the graphics? the point of view? the scarcity? the realism? the wood finish? the metal finish? what is it? have you seen how epic the reflection on the scopes look? especially when its slightly worn or damaged? the scrapes and cracks etc? Its still however a shame that you can lose it if you die.

    Yes I would assume this map is in reality part of Russia yes? But have you seen the real sea side and stuff in real Russia? its a thing of beauty so there is no reason not to have it in this game PS DayZ mod had lingor island from South America so there is no reason for DayZ SA not to have Caribbean Islands etc Black Sea Russia

    This is EXACTLY what I was thinking or trying to say. Since the DayZ Mod has Islands and boats why can't we have the same in SA?

    There is a reason for that. The artwork inland is nasty, the beach is the closest thing to half life 2 / far cry its plain beautiful and makes you want to play the game. I explored most of the map and there is nothing special about inland except for looking mostly like Ukraine/Russia. Small Islands will always be far more beautiful than continents, people go there for vacation after all, its a main selling point about Far Cry. With that said don't be selfish, the game is lacking Islands and more coast, has far too much of Russia.

    From seeing the guns like the rifles with the scopes the attention to detail in my opinion is world class. Maybe my eyes are bad? these guns look beyond realistic and detailed.

    Then its probably the scarcity of the weapons that makes it special. Finding the gun then ammo etc then condition of the weapon COD and Battlefield don't have these stuff I guess.
