Solved the problem. Was my Firewall. Comodo. Auto Sandboxing. ffs... ^_^ Thanks for the suggestions guys!

Did try another port for both, keyboard and mouse, but still the same behavior. I am able to use mouse and keyboard once I am at the described screen, I am able to move the courser - and I'm able to open the steam menu ingame (shift+tab) - I am even able to take screenshots with steam ingame, but I can't click on I agree. Proper frustrating at this point as I am getting no response at all over at http://feedback.dayzgame.com/view.php?id=18883 neither.. Dunno what to do.

Did you purchase it in the Steam Store ?

For all it's worth, I modified the DayZ.exe to run in Win 7 compatibility mode. No change. Run the .exe forced in 640 x 480 resolution, in not windowed mode, as well no change. Been trying now back to force with TAB and the arrow keys to see if I can somehow find the button but it appears that the button has completely gone. I've re-installed the game again - and it's still the same. sYdex

I am unable to click 'I Understand' - I've tried flicking windows back and forth with alt+tab - but also with ctrl+tab (alike flicking between browser tabs) but no joy .. I simply can't get past that screen. If anyone has another idea, feel free to comment - got nuffin# to lose trying around a bit. sYdex

Did try running as admin just now, no change, deleted the folder under c/user/docs and re-run the game, the game obviously did re-create it's config files but no change, again I can't click on I Understand. The keyboard appears to be working tho, I can open the in game steam interface via shift+tab ... Checking the feedback tracker now. Thanks for your help thus far Byrgesen. Appreciated.

Yea, gone through all of them keys lol. Keyboard is a Logitech K120 - so not really additional software to it installed.

Hi Guys, I bought yesterday the DayZ Standalone and am not able to get it to run. When launching the game from Steam I see the ads in the beginning and then stop at the screen shown below. The 'I Understand' is pulsing between red and white but I am unable to get past that screen. I do have a mouse courser but clicking on I understand doesn't work, it isn't a button. I've verified the integrity of the game cache with no issues, re-installed the game already but leading to the same issue. Specs: CPU: i7 - Ivy - 4930K @ 3.9GhZ GPU: GTX 780 - 6gb RAM: 32GB Kingston Hyper - X - Beast Mainboard: X79 Asus Deluxe Game is installed on a standard sata hdd. Please help! sYdex
